4. I'm proud of myself for finally filing my taxes. I'm working on doing at least one thing on my to-do list each day.

I am feeling anxious but I am trying to play calming music . I am also excited because I found some new ways to enjoy date night with my boyfriend

I feel like it's all over the place

My throat is sore
4. Is there anything this week that makes you feel proud of yourself? ππ»
Earlier today, while in commute, another woman attempted to bring me down by making fun of the way I look by making fun of my red skin condition and my red hair. So I first of all laughed at her before telling her "I'm still me." I also told her that I am an alien from another planet and I am here to save the world. In the past, these are things that I have gotten offended about and then blown up.

2. Where is your mind at? Are you struggling to check in? my mind is stuck on my relationship problems. we're at make or break.
3. How do you feel physically? Are your shoulders tense or your brow furrowed? I'm not very comfortable, my shoulders and ribs hurt because of the way I'm sitting...
4. Is there anything this week that makes you feel proud of yourself? ππ» i was able to keep my distance from toxic family members during spring break!
How do I feel at this moment I feel calm.
Where is my mind at. Trying to make a list of things that need to be done around the house.
How do I feel physically. My shoulders are tense and my back.
Something that I'm proud of myself for is that I cleaned and washed clothes.

1. How do you feel at this moment? Anxious? Calm? Tired and overwhelmed a bit. But this is the busy season for many things in my life to come alive and be active
2. Where is your mind at? Are you struggling to check in? My mind now is a shower and bed. 3am comes fast

1. How do you feel at this moment? Anxious? Calm? - i feel anxious, but feeling less anxious than i was before. i will see how sleep goes. gonna try some meditation to calm me lol
2. Where is your mind at? Are you struggling to check in? - yeah i spiraled into catastrophizing earlier... thinking the worst. had to catch myself and ami has a good forum post with question to help reevaluate situations that helped me
3. How do you feel physically? Are your shoulders tense or your brow furrowed? - i have been dealing with a host of physical symptoms since last year unfortunately. last night took a turn for the worst i had to go to an urgent clinic. taking it step by step
4. Is there anything this week that makes you feel proud of yourself? ππ» - i am proud that i listened to my body and went to the urgent clinic today to get help. i really had no choice but i planned it out well, and it went well for the most part.

1) I feel a bit stressed and tired.
2) I have alot of thoughts going on in my mind because I am really busy at the moment.
3) Not too bad I just caught a chill in my wrist.
4) I am continuing to try new things.
