Hey Lex!! Thank you for this great post and for having me here!!! I start my day off by thinking of 3 things I'm grateful for and it sets the tone for me, If I'm having some hard days I'll go back and try to remember what I was grateful for that morning. And I always let people know how much I appreciate them. Maybe it's just something nice they've said to me but I am always thanking people and letting them know that they made my day or made me feel extra special in some way. It's an amazing feeling to see how happy others are when I let let them know this and I just want to keep doing this every day. Thanks so much Lex!! I appreciate all the time that you put in on this forum!!! Have an amazing weekend!!

@InfinityandBeyond23 Yay! I'm glad that practising gratitude helps you a lot. I agree that seeing other people happy can be a huge mood booster. Also, thank you for your kind words. I only help out here with the check-ins on Saturdays but thank you 😊

Hello,

I try to show gratitude by doing acts of kindness for my friends and family. This can be helping my mom clean, or spending time with my grandma while she cooks, as well as checking in on friends to see how their day is going and that I'm thinking about them. Overall, I just try to be as kind as helpful as I can to show people that I care and am grateful to have them in my life. :)

How do you show gratitude on a day-to-day basis?

I show gratitude by doing something nice for someone I do not know. Like when in a grocery store and someone in a wheel chair is trying to reach for something, I stop and do a good deed of a day thing.

I wake up and appreciate the pre dawn light and the rising sun.

I prepare myself for a new day with physical and mental exercises.

I follow my breath. I just wait for the right moment to start my active part of the day.

How do you show gratitude on a day-to-day basis?

I try to daily to wake up pray to my God for things. Then instead of giving into the feeling of not enough sleep, feeling hungry, woke up late ect that does change my moods. I look around my safe place and be grateful for everything I have. And my kids still sound asleep healthy in bed. All animals healthy. Bills paid. So that when I leave out that door and lock it- I leave out with the "extra" in my cup for those I have to help that dayheart

Hi Lex! I show gratitude by dedicating some time to spend with my fiance and pooch. It also boosts my mood too, and it shows that I like to be around them and are grateful they are here.
