What personality type are you?
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. The personality test has been the premise for the Leadership Development Program from the very start. Through the test, leaders have been able to figure out what drives, inspires, and worries them! I am an ISFJ-A (Defender). Defender is someone with the Introverted, Observant, Feeling, and Judging personality traits. These people tend to be warm and unassuming in their own steady way. They're efficient and responsible, giving careful attention to practical details in their daily lives. Let's extend this test to the community!
Find the test here, complete it and share here in the thread your results!

Did this test last year 😊
Turbulent Mediator (INFP-T)
Turbulent Mediators are Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Prospecting and Turbulent. These rare types are often quiet, open-minded, and imaginative, applying care and creativity.
@TiredTiggr This is so cool, Tired. I have never met someone with INFP-T! Rare indeed. And Turbulent Mediators cracks me up!
@TiredTiggr
I took this multiple times. I have 2 results. 1 of the 2 is an rare personality. The 2nd is purple group. Ugh, can I get an cheat sheet so I could describe myself in introduction ? :D
Was there a significant time gap in when you took the two tests? I've read somewhere that overtime your result can alter slightly based on age and life experiences between both test times.
I should probably do an updated test myself by now but it's long and it finding time to sit through it all. Sitting for extended period of time is not something I'm good at between family stuff and chronic pain making me quite restless 😂
This is me except Im an ambivert
Logician
INTP-T
Logicians are innovative inventors with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.
Introverted individuals tend to prefer fewer, yet deep and meaningful, social interactions and often feel drawn to calmer environments.
INFJ-T
Turbulent advocate
Also reminds me why I want to be a listener. I have known my type for a while, will spare readers the longwinded story of how I first discovered it two decades ago and tried to be something else (I thought INTJ was what I wanted to be, and I couldn’t be that lol…), but recently rediscovered it and felt a great sense of relief. It explained a lot and helped me navigate toward a better balance with healthy boundaries and deeper meaning in life. I would like to become a Peer Recovery Support Specialist. I’ve taken the tests and passed them to be a listener but haven’t started volunteering free time yet.
@ThadSterling That's so interesting. Finding a sense of what is better balance with healthy boundaries and deeper meaning in life is hard to do. It's refreshing to hear the impact of being a turbulent advocate :)
@FrenchToastClub
I can say from experience and research: boundaries, boundaries, boundaries. Wanting to be a people-pleaser, afraid to say "no", forgiving and forgetting (forgive, but don't forget!), trying to be what others seem to want me to be, or simply reflecting and internalizing too much of other peoples personalities have done a lot of harm in my life, and I've found that these are common for unhealthy INFJ. It's like there's a burning desire to help people who don't want to be helped, then they take advantage, then you think you're the problem...so there's a thing called the "INFJ door-slam" I learned about, which means after a lot of warm acceptance and overlooking of toxic qualities, once you have enough, you cut the person out of your life. They WILL take advantage. And you have to be willing to not "forget" what you forgive, in order to look past what people say to what they actually do. Do they put as much into the relationship? Do they ask forgiveness as you do? Do they try to make it better as you do? Do they respect if you say "hey, no offense, nothing personal but...I just don't feel up to X,Y,Z...", or if you communicate your feelings and they tell you to be different, it's all bad news. I've learned the hard way to forgive but not forget and say goodbye when the boundaries are blatantly ignored. You can only help people who want to be helped. Listening is great, and as a listener, I won't be giving any advice, of course, but in my day-to-day relationships, I struggle with loneliness because I boxed myself into a corner in life, and to become healthy I had to get rid of 90% of my friendships/relationships, and out of a toxic abusive relationship with a person diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. So, without judging anyone with cluster B traits, the key is: do they work on themselves to try to make it better? Do they care about the impact they have on others? If not, I had to learn it's not my obligation to be nice and give to them. It just becomes toxic enabling.
@ThadSterling That's so true, Thad. Being able to say no is a must. No matter who it is. INFJ door-slam - is an interesting find! Do other people work on themselves to try to make it better is definitely something one asks in a one-way friendship or relationship. I am glad you are able to recognize the need for boundaries.
I did it somewhere around last month😄

I took the test and discovered I'm a Turbulent Advocate (INFP-T)!
Turbulent Advocates are Creative, Insightful, Principled, Passionate, and Altruistic. They also tend to lean towards occupations such as counselors, therapists, psychologists, social workers, teachers, yoga instructors, and spiritual leaders.
I think this test knew a little more about me than I realized I knew! Fascinating & fun test.
@FrenchToastClub
Right! XD Are there any other tests you recommend?
@Greenerside This website has a lot of different personality tests!
@Greenerside wait, you mean INFJ :D *high fives my fellow advocate*, I don't know if I'll ever turn into an INFJ-A (assertive) but I've become more assertive one way or the other, LOL
@frenchtoastclub
