Tiny Steps, Round 3: Mindful Observation
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. Please complete the following tiny step! With each tiny step, we hope to either practice a positive mindset, relax a little, or work on personal development.
Tiny Step: Find a quiet spot outdoors and focus on observing a natural element (tree, cloud, bird). Take a few minutes to really notice details and be present.
i love to watch the birds outside flock to the feeder. it's within view of my workstation so it's a nice distraction when i catch them all out there eating and taking baths
@Heather225,
I like watching the birds at my feeders too, it is very grounding and relaxing for me.
I took this picture last month when it snowed.
@PetiteSouris
oh so beautiful. we don't get snow here. i imagine it'd be so peaceful to have that view of yours when you're snuggled up inside watching life go on in the birdies❤️
@Hope
I spent some time outside yesterday evening, it was such refreshing weather. The stray cat, well I cant call her a stray anymore as I gave her an outside house. She's also bringing me gifts, snakes. Yesterday, it was a bigger snake, so the snakes are increasing in size. I have attached the evidence, the prey and the hunting kitty.
@PetiteSouris She's so pretty! You're her favorite person! 😊
It's overcast again. We get a lot of snow here. The birds are busy at the feeders and singing. The squirrels are busy too lol and one of them is scolding something, probably the cat. The deer like to visit too.
