@Hope

I was a bit surprised to see that the results indicated that I "shy away from social situations." While I do consider myself to be introverted, I wouldn't agree that I avoid social interactions or events. In fact, I strive to challenge myself beyond the tendency to be reserved and approach those situations whenever the opportunities arise. Nonetheless, I learned that I am open to novel experiences, well-organized and courteous, which are all qualities that I possess and practice.

As per the test, I scored high levels of agreeableness, open-mindedness and conscientiousness. Each aspect indicates that my strengths are being good-natured, supportive and courteous, in addition to being open and reliable. According to both tests, I am open-minded and self-aware. This signifies that I have the ability to develop personal growth, which helps me to regulate emotions and thoughts, make better decisions, and improve and/or develop interpersonal relationships. Also, by being supportive and empathetic, I am able to acquire a deep understanding of distinct points of view and overall enhance my connection with others.

@Hope Hey there ^^

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learnt that I'm High on openness and agreeableness - which is something I've seen reflect in real life. Very low on neuroticism and moderate on consciousness and extroversion - something I totally agree with.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

My strengths are openness and agreeableness, it can make me a very good listener and someone who people can feel safe opening up to. I also have a tendency to be a mediator whenever any conflict arises and I'm an avid advocate for things I stand for, so people will be able to rely on my strength when they are feeling distressed from injustice.

1. The results of the Big 5 Personality Test were closely aligned with the Myers-Briggs test. I was rather surprised by the fact that I got a score of 72 on Open-Mindedness. I view myself as someone who tends to be more constrained by old habits, favoring stability over sudden change.

2. I scored very high on Conscientiousness and Agreeableness. It means I'm most likely good when it comes to skills like cooperation, trustworthiness, and reliability.

@Hope, thanks once again

What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I learned that I'm a natural communicator and exploring new ideas. I realized that I’m very motivated by personal growth and often seek purpose in my work and relationships. I listened more than talking. I learned that I thrive in creative environments and also value and prioritize people's emotions and feelings . I also realized that I’m highly adaptable, which makes me good at thinking on my feet, l am very imaginative and creative when comes to writing . I also learned the importance of setting boundaries to keep myself from getting overwhelmed by taking on too much.

What are your strengths as per the test, and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

According to the test, my strengths include empathy, creativity, and adaptability. These strengths help me in my personal life by allowing me to build strong, meaningful relationships. My empathy enables me to understand others’ perspectives, which makes me a supportive friend. Creativity helps me solve problems in unique ways, which has been useful in both personal challenges and in brainstorming solutions for others. My adaptability means I can adjust to changes easily, which helps me handle unexpected situations .

Based on my Big Five results, I’ve learned a lot about my personality. I’m generally open to new ideas, creative, and curious, though I’m not always actively seeking out novel experiences. This tells me that while I appreciate new perspectives, I’m also grounded and don’t feel pressured to constantly chase change. Conscientiousness was a lower score for me, which aligns with how I sometimes find it challenging to stay organized and disciplined in certain areas. It’s a helpful reminder to work on habits that help me keep things structured, as I know I can get better with practice.

My extraversion score reveals I’m more on the introverted side, meaning I recharge in quieter settings and often prefer smaller gatherings over large social events. This isn’t necessarily a drawback; it helps me be thoughtful in social interactions and selective about where I focus my energy. My agreeableness score is also low, which suggests I can be straightforward and honest, possibly coming across as critical. However, this trait can be a strength in situations where it’s essential to provide honest feedback or advocate for myself and others. I can use this insight to balance directness with empathy when working with others.

Finally, my score on negative emotionality indicates I’m more prone to worry or feel anxious, which might be something to work on. Knowing this can help me prioritize activities that foster calmness and security in my life, like mindfulness or spending time in peaceful settings. By understanding these traits, I’m better equipped to manage them in my personal life. My strengths of curiosity, openness, and directness help me connect with people and ideas deeply, while focusing on calmness and structure can help me create a more balanced and fulfilling daily life.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?

I sort of knew this but I guess it was good to read that oriented toward short-term pleasures and rewards rather than long- term consequences…

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?

Friendliness, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement-seeking, cheerfulness, openness to experience, imagination, artistic, emotionality, agreeableness, intellect, adventurousness… I feel that it is always good to know yourself better and realise what our strengths are so you can apply them every day -or try your best to do so, in all aspects: with yourself or with the people that surround you ✨

@Hope

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself? I still have a long way to go. Not happy with where I am in the results, but I am fully aware of where I am.

✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life? I enjoy seeing things in new ways. I believe this allows for growth and change in the areas I need improvement.
