Chapter 3 Questions
You should ask yourself what your purpose is, what is okay for people to do and behave, what is not okay for people to do, how do people report violations, and how will one investigate and enforce the rules.
I learned that to get people talking on the online platform, there needs to be space, prompts, and structure. So, people need more private and public settings to engage with each other, learn about each other, and relate to each other. It's also important for them to have models of what this good participation looks like and what can or cannot be done. Having rules and moderation over this helps make the space to talk safe, sustainable, and welcoming for more people, since they know where to go if something arises.

Chapter 4 Questions
I think mental health resources, including books, blogs, youtube channels, and others are very useful and helpful. And this is a good thing to crunch into a large list, so that people can access it. A lot of resources often aren't congregated in the same place, so this can be very meaningful and be great for many people.
I learned that it's important to develop your own story, and who you are before communicating it with others in a constructive, understandable manner. When you are developing your own story, it's essential to consider others, what they want, and their needs, so as to build a more complete community, where people are heard and there is mutual sharing--it's not good if certain individuals are taking over the conversation--everyone deserves a voice. This is implemented in 7 Cups through smaller subcommunities and groups, where people can congregate together and find it easier to speak their truth with a smaller circle and can move in and out of the larger community to smaller ones.
