Welcome to our first course in the Leadership Development Program! I am very excited to get this going! Please find the course description below!
Course Description: You have personal gifts and strengths that can help you in life and also help other people. Identifying, amplifying, and deliberately building those strengths enables you to have a better personal life, professional life, and also enables you to more effectively serve others in our community. People sometimes make the mistake of focusing too much on their weaknesses. This can help, but deliberately building your strengths will get you much further in life and in your career. This course provides links to personality testing (MBTI, Big 5) where you can learn to identify your personality style and strengths. It helps you understand how to match your strengths to roles in the 7 Cups community and enables you to find a career path that will be fulfilling. Join other new leaders in individual and group learning exercises.

1. I am Suryansh Singh, a teenager of 15 years from India.
2. My interests include singing, reading a lot of books, seeing movies and I like a bit of dancing too.
3. My life is going awesome and hoping so many things to happen soon.

5. I am still reading The Merchant Of Venice, a novel which is being taught in our school too but is awesome novel.
6. I am huge fan of Marvel so I like Avengers much.
7. I like animated movies so much especially Japanese Animated Movies but in My Native Language that is in Hindi.
8. I love listening musics as it gives me a partner when I become alone or anytime when I want.

I am from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
My favourite characters include Wanda Maximoff ( Scarlett Witch) & Natasha Romanoff ( Black Widow ) in girls and Tony Stark ( Iron Man ) & Benedict Cumberbatch ( Dr. Stephen Strange ) in boys were my most fabourite. Besides that Thor was also my favourite one. Amd yes Spider man , Black Panther and Captain America were also the main ones. Hopefully all the marvel avengers are my favourites.

im glad i made it in and im excited this has started too XD im from Great Britain and a recent movie i enjoyed im into alot of SYFY action adventure mystery style movies i recently watched White House down the ending was a happy one but was awesome

One of my favorite books is, Pulling Your Own Strings by Wayne Dyer, a self-help book suggested by my therapist long back.
