This thread was inspired by the One Line A Day Challenge and one of the interventions for testing The Transformation Wheel. Both are four week challenges that I'm just starting, so this feels like the perfect opportunity to start a thread and kindle the pathways of my mind.
I'm working on finding my voice, and trying new things, as a way to fuel my resilience. So, by igniting this thread - my first thread on 7cups - you have witnessed a spark of progress on my journey 😊

It can be hard to use your voice to share, maybe you can think of this as a safe space? You can share as much as you're comfortable with and no one will push you for more
