This thread was inspired by the One Line A Day Challenge and one of the interventions for testing The Transformation Wheel. Both are four week challenges that I'm just starting, so this feels like the perfect opportunity to start a thread and kindle the pathways of my mind.
I'm working on finding my voice, and trying new things, as a way to fuel my resilience. So, by igniting this thread - my first thread on 7cups - you have witnessed a spark of progress on my journey 😊

@CandleLight06 Sorry I feel like I keep intruding. Is there anything we can do to help? Here you don't need to be quiet to deserve support. It can be hard to use your voice to share, maybe you can think of this as a safe space? You can share as much as you're comfortable with and no one will push you for more
