"Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can not help them at least don't hurt them."

Because we know that pain exists we are capable of loving and caring.. its absolutely okay to not want to be nice to people who criticize us (foes, enemies) 😊 Just do as much as you can. We are here for you always.
