Ni's Little Solace
Not sure why I am creating this thread exactly, and I'm doing this so late at night as well :') I just felt... like I should do this haha. I do have a one line a day thread although I... don't think I have felt so free over there to write as much as I wished. So I thought maybe... I should just make another thread, a diary perhaps.. where I can really be myself.. and maybe post pictures and quotes, literary quotes maybe... and poems.. specifically haiku hehe. Also vents.. thoughts and maybe letters :')
Replies are welcome as well <3 although please remember to stay respectful and kind.

It's vv late right now but I can't really sleep. Sleep is nice.. it's.. like an escape sometimes.. I can have my warm blanket with me and my soft pillow.. but somehow I don't want to sleep now. I'm.. scared. I'm scared it'll all come back to me. It will all flood back in.. the thoughts.. And the idea of a nice restful sleep would turn into the reality of my restless thoughts.. and then I'd remember.. all that.. stuff..
I feel like crying already. But like before I just can't seem to cry. I don't seem to have any tears left. And the funny thing is.. when I *do* really have tears welling up, and when I actually feel overwhelmed I.. just push it down.. and swallow it.. it just hurts more then :')
Or maybe I just dk what I'm talking about :D

@LoveMyMoonflowers It sounds like we do the same thing. You swallow that lump in your throat and blink hard. Crying never helped anyway :/ so you tuck the hurt away inside - away from everyone because you know it doesn't change anything

Yes it sounds like we struggle with the same thing 🥺 and yeah I’ve had that awful lump feeling countless times.
I don’t really have that many nightmares.. it’s more of the crazy thoughts that swirl in my mind when I’m in bed.
Listening to music can help yeah but sometimes it reminds me of things. It usually just helps me think and not really sleep :(

I've tried guided mediation, yeah 💕 it can be quite relaxing honestly. Thanks for reminding me about that 💜 I think I will try doing more of those now. It would definitely help.

To tell the truth I hate math lol but I need good grades in math so my parents.. uh yeah. Math is v important to them lol.

But just because our brains don’t do math that well doesn’t mean we are any less than those who do. It means we’re good at other things 💕 likeeeee ~ sun buddy ☀️ is super duper creative and make such beautiful graphics and heartwarming posttttss.
