I'm sorry Justin is sick but I think it'll do him some good to take some time off of work. We all need that sometimes. Myself, I'm just winging it. My routine was good when I was basically working part time because that's what bus driving is, it's part time. But now with the reality of working full time, with my side jobs, my routine is not so easy to keep up with.๐.
It's kind of like, welcome to reality because everybody with a full time job doesn't really have time to do all the stuff they wanna do, so that's where it's at.
I hope you all get to feeling better and have a nice weekend. We got tomorrow off for some reason I don't know why. But that's good for me and I hope you have a happy Saint Patrick's Day!๐๐๐.
@IsayUncle Good morning ๐. How is your day off going so far?
I can understand why it would be hard to basically go from part time to full time. It seems like you kept pretty busy before so now you have to decide how to fit in all the chores and projects on your property and balance that with your side work. And hopefully have some time to rest and do things you want to do sometimes too!
I am feeling a little better today but not sure if Iโll be well enough for taekwondo or church this weekend. I have three appointments including Jaxonโs Iowa City appointment next week so hopefully we will feel well enough for those. I guess just taking it a day at a time for now.
๐
@Psalm139
I'm glad you're felling a little better and also think taking the weeked off sounds like a nice idea and a good thing to do. I hope you and your husband get along well while he's home. And taking the time to relax while healing can really help with that too. ๐.
I been meaning to ask about Jax, How has his progress been this past couple of weeks? Improving I hope and Hopefully you have good weather for driving to Iowa City.
ttul๐
@IsayUncle Itโs going ok with having Justin home. We are pretty much taking turns sleeping and watching tv. Jax is doing well, thanks for asking! Are you getting some rest this weekend too?๐
@Psalm139
Good morning,
I'm not writing much lately because I'm getting bumfuzzled and off-track. I'd say overwhelmed but that's overused and not really accurate because I wouldn't be overwhelmed if I could just stay on track and stay clear headed. I'm kind of like in that place, in the middle of not wanting to do anything but knowing if I don't, I will surely crash and burn. And that is filling my head with dread and anxiety. Ugh, ugh, ugh.๐.
I think I realized when I like to post. When I'm really so down in the dumps that I need to talk it out and get help. But also when I'm upbeat, feeling good and have the energy and the dsire to have normal conversations with a friend and be encouraging.
So, how are you recuperating?๐. Have you actually been able to relax a little bit and kind of decompress this weekend? I hope so. You surely deserve it. I know it'll be nice when everyone gets to feeling better so I hope that happens soon.
When I'm in this middle place of BLAH, I guess I don't feel like complaining much or feel like talking much about anything. I think I'll check out that Spotify and maybe we can share podcasts to listen to. It would be a good time for me to listen and talk about something in common.
๐๐
@IsayUncle Sorry you havenโt been doing that well. I meant to respond yesterday but I got distracted. Did you manage to get anything done that you wanted? I hate that feeling you described.
@Psalm139
That's good that you're feeling a little better, good enough to go to Taekwondo. That's great. I'll surely get back to talking about daily stuff and I still love to hear about what you're doing so it's not like I don't wanna have a daily stuffed conversation about for me right now, it's almost like if I talk about things, I'm either complaining or dreading the commitment once it comes out in the words. Sounds kinda corny but I'm just doing one thing at a time without giving anything any fanfare I guess.
And so, to answer your question, yes, I am hooked up with Spotify. I did that yesterday and I have listened to the first four episodes of DBT & me. I like it a lot so far. I guess there's a lot of information out there on DBT. The two girls on DBT and me are funny so they're fun to listen to would they make a lot of sense I like how they banter back and forth.
How long have you been studying or practicing DBT techniques?
And please, try not to feel weird that I'm not talking about my daily stuff right now. Try to understand that it discourages me on some level but it's not like I'm gonna completely stop saying what I'm doing. And it's time to grow anyway and talk about new things. I still wanna hear how your progress is going with everything so I hope you don't have to stop. ๐๐
Walden looks good, I have to see if I can get it on Spotify or maybe YouTube. ๐. It's on Spotify. I'm gonna listen to the first chapter while I work on my salad greens. I've been holding steady around 295 from 306 so that's good. If I can go another four days at 295 or less then I will change my goal to 290.
I hope all your appointments go well this week, I know how much you love those doctors offices NOT! Has Jax been off his catheters this whole time?
@IsayUncle Good morning ๐. I can see how talking about all you have to do and how behind you are could be discouraging. Itโs ok if you want to talk about other things.
I donโt know much about dbt. I just know itโs basically the only treatment recommended for borderline personality disorder and my listener before was pushing me to get dbt therapy. I heard about the podcast through a borderline group on f a c e b o o k that I used to be in.
What did you think of the book I recommended? Iโve been reading it a little and it is very philosophical. I thought you would like it๐
You are doing awesome on your weight loss! I think itโs smart that you are taking time to maintain in between loss goals! So you are already about 10 lbs down, right?!
Yeah, appointments. Yay. Just one for Treyton on Wednesday, me Thursday and Jaxonโs are Friday. That will be a most of the day thing. Iโm hoping he will be cleared to not use catheters at all. Right now we are still taping them in at night. He is still able to go on his own but they will do an ultrasound to make sure his kidneys look good. He seems to beg emptying completely.
If he is cleared Iโm sure we will still have to go back sometimes because of his hydronephrosis and surgeries but thinking he could not have to use catheters for the rest of his life is amazing.
If you listen to anything internet me know! ๐
@IsayUncle *anything interesting, lol
@Psalm139
You sound good in your Post, kind of like you're feeling a good bit better.๐. Your appointment schedule doesn't sound horrible so I hope it doesn't mess up the week for you. As a matter of fact, jax appointment sounds hopeful and encouraging. I hope it proves to be. That's just a wonderful thing that's happening right there, really happy for you. It will be so amazing if he doesn't have to deal with those catheters for the rest of his life.๐
I agree about Walden being very philosophical, might be a little bit much for me but you were right about thinking that I would like it or relate to him. I do believe in the simplicity of things but also get caught up in the rat race that he's talking about. I have heard about the book before and of course about the author and just for that sake alone, I'll probably try to listen to the whole thing but maybe not๐๐ .... He said he was 30 years old while writing this and then he said that we shouldn't listen to our elders. Hmm? Lol
I listen to mostly fiction, historical fiction, action, espionage, hi tech genres.
Did you listen to the DBT episode about a wise mind. I practiced that today and it felt good. I haven't done anything with the students for several weeks and they've been bugging me to help them build dog houses for them to sell. I was gonna put them off again this week (really feeling guilty about it) but then I went into my wise mind to get rid of the confusion and am now looking forward to having a big day with them on Saturday.
Good luck with Trey's appointment tomorrow and I hope you have a nice night tonight.๐๐
@IsayUncle I did feel pretty good today. We had taekwondo tonight again. That went well but there were a lot of people. The latest class has less people so I think that one might be better for us.
I think the appointments will be ok. I am not looking forward to them though. But you are right that Jaxonโs progress is exciting and hopefully that will end up being a good day!
Im sorry you donโt seem to like the book. I did read the part about him being 30 and not learning from older people. I donโt agree with that either.
I will listen to the wise mind episode. Iโm glad it helped you and you are excited to get back to working with the kids!
I listened to most of one about splitting. I thought it might help me when I try to contact my brother. I donโt know when I will. Iโm scared to try. I donโt know if he will ever want anything to do with me again. He never liked when I tried to explain what happened and thatโs what the ladies were recommending to do after a bad split. I donโt think that would work with him. I think I could do better though because there have been a few times I have gotten upset but didnโt say anything and eventually I was ok. I donโt know.
Anyway Iโll let you know how things go tomorrow๐
@Psalm139
Hi, I know you don't like your appointments because they make you anxious (Hang in there๐). I hope Treyton's appointment went good today. What do you have to go in for tomorrow?
1817 -1862. Henry David Thoreau, I knew that I had heard of the author and I had heard of the book and Ivery well should have. He's from New England, that's my hometown stomping grounds. So I mentioned about him being 30 years old but I knew life expectancy wasn't as much in 1800s as it is now so I looked that up. Life expectancy was only about 40 years old. [so that totally changes my outlook or dynamic about stating his age of only being 30 years old and not wanting to listen to his elders] I think I was just a little too flippant with his direction.
Figures 6, ,77 and and88 compare some of the new life table estimates with Hainesโ life table estimates. As shown in figure 6, the new life tables describe a decline in life expectancy at birth from approximately 44 years in the late eighteenth century to just over 40 years in the 1840s. Although the models assumed a slight male advantage in life expectancy at age 20, higher male mortality in infancy pushed female life expectancy at birth slightly above the male estimate. Life expectancy at birth then declined another 3โ4 years in the 1850s to approximately 37 years. The decline is largely the result of the modelโs prediction of increased infant mortality. Although the decline in adult life expectancy between the 1840s and 1850s was relatively modest (1.4 years), the model suggests that infant mortality rates rose from 215 to 247 per thousand for white males and from 190 to 222 for white females. Life expectancy reached an even lower level in the 1860s for white malesโthe result of the American Civil Warโbut then increased rapidly with estimates for white females for the remainder of the century. Life expectancy for white females increased more rapidly. By the 1890s, white females enjoyed about a 2-year advantage in life expectancy at birth.
Figure 6 Life Expectancy at birth, white population of the United States, 1790โ1900
Are you reading this book or listening to it in audiobook? I'm listening to an audio book and I'm actually finding it much more interesting now that I know that was written in 1800s. I like historical information so I find this kind of interesting because of the background topics. I don't think I would enjoy physically reading this book but I am enjoying the audio book. And just for the fact that it's such a famous book and such a famous author, why not get some education, right?๐ . I've only listened to a couple chapters but I can tell I agree with his thought process as far as keeping things simple and down to earth. He died one year after the civil war started so you know that things were in turmoil for the nation prior to the civil war, a bit later on in the book he talks about the state of the nation and how upsetting that was. Probably a lot like what we do today. Trying to make sense of the turmoil.
I think it's really good that you're keeping your thought process towards your brother forward thinking and maybe you ain't quite figured out how to approach it so it's very understandable that that would be scary. You have time, focus on yourself and maybe if you understand a bit more it could be less scary and that might be a better time to approach things. Give it the time that it needs until you feel comfortable. I think it's always gonna feel scary at the same time I think you will come to a point where you prepared for it.
I'm kind of in the same boat with my niece, I wanna fix things with her but I don't know how to approach it. I don't want too much more time to go by, it's been a couple years. I can't seem to get past this feeling of injustice being done to me and I know that my own actions were instrumental in creating these conditions. I still don't wanna admit that openly and vulnerably. But, like you, I keep thinking on it. I think I'm a little closer to figuring it out for myself. I know it's gonna involve an absolute selfless resolution. And not for the initial solution but also if I choose to have a longer term relationship with her. I'll have to listen to that episode about splitting that you said you listened to.
I know your day was busy but I hope it went well with the appointment. Have a good night and we'll talk later.๐
@Psalm139
Good morning, ๐. I hope you have a nice smooth day and try not to get too anxious about your doctor's appointment. Just go there get it done come on home. I know you got some busy days (physically and mentally) with all these appointments so we'll touch base when you get time. No worries there๐.
@IsayUncle Good morning๐. Yesterday was a pretty long day for me. I took Trey to his their appointment, which went fine. He doesnโt like going, but itโs only a half an hour twice a month. Then we had church.
@Psalm139
GOOD MORNING! .
Wow, wow, and another wow! There is so much good stuff here to write about but I think the most outstanding is that very small detail of not changing your meds. I know medications are necessary and our minds are deficient in areas but it is amazing to see a small healing process without more medications. You have been putting in so much effort, time and work into trying to do the right thing just on faith and hope that it might work. Also, with the Community Center and being able to get out there and do that is fantastic. All these little bits with you and the kids putting in so much effort actually make these improvements momentous and monumental. I really am so proud of you๐๐๐.
I've been busy and I'm actually running a bit behind schedule this morning, but don't let that discourage you. There's other things in this post I'd like to talk about more too. I did try to find that episode in DBT about splitting but I never saw anything about that in the title. I would guess it might have been in the relationship episode. If you remember let me know what episode it was in, thanks. I'm glad you liked the wise mind episode.
Sounds like you could probably use some good rest today but you got that big drive and appointment with jax. Try not to stress on that. Remember, you are probably going to be a brain tired anyway so let that part be normal without confusing it or letting it feed into anxiety. Drive carefully.
@IsayUncle Good morning ๐. The episode that talks about splitting is one of the more recent ones - Q& A episode 49 from January 9. I think you started with the oldest episodes. It only mentions splitting in the description. I am listening to a long episode now on borderline personality disorder but Iโm just listening to a little st a time. Maybe I swill listen in the van today on the way to/from Jaxonโs appointment.
@Psalm139
I'm just glad you're more hopeful. ๐ it's nice talking with someone who's trying new things but still dealing with the old things while being encouraged by the new things. It's refreshing, I think that good persona of yours is more rare than you think. So keep it up as you can without stressing about it.
I'm also glad you're enjoying your church too. I remember you saying you had gotten away from it for a little while so I'm guessing it feels pretty good to be back into it a little bit more. By the way I agree with you about the cussing with the ladies. That one girl does it but to me, it feels like she does it kind of on purpose to maybe relate to a slightly more callous support troubled group of people maybe? And also mybe to feel bold and independent on some level? I'm pretty neutral about cussing but I agree with you, it feels kind of out of place in the podcast.
My days are still all over the place, I couldn't put the lasso around them if I tried. Kids are gonna come over to try to make dog houses tomorrow so that's cool. One kid is really excited about it because his teacher wants to buy one. (No pressure on me lol!)
I almost got my routine stuff caught up but I had to skip two days of side work to try to get a handle on it. i thought it was supposed to rain for two days so I scheduled it like that but then it was nice and I could have worked that's why I felt guilty because I had already committed to get my stuff done.
Another milestone in my weight loss, I held 295 or less for seven consecutive days so now I changed my goal to 290. And also my foot and walking is in some weird condition because I've been walking so abnormally for two years the inserts got me straightened up and instead of hobbling around I can actually walk in a stride but my legs aren't used to it so it's weird and I gotta focus on it and I gotta concentrate on trying to walk normal. I'm not sure if you know what dropfoot is but it's when you lose a nerve in your foot somewhere and when you put your heel down your foot just plops to the ground. I have that going on too but that's nothing to be fixed it's just another weird thing to deal with while I'm walking. I am totally practicing mindfulness when I walk which is really cool. I'm walking erect in stride and with purpose.
I'm ready to start my next physical improvement now that I've lost a little bit of weight. I haven't started yet what I wanna do is sit-ups to reduce my gut but also I want to be able to touch the floor with the palm of my hands and I thought you might have some yoga moves to help me do that. I'm a tall guy and it's never been easy for me to touch my toes, I get about as far down as my shins. When I get older it's important to me to be able to easily put on my socks and tie my shoes so I have to start practicing those exercises and stretches now.
If I don't hear from you this evening, let me know how your drive and your appointment went today when you get a chance. And have a Goodnight๐ PS.... good skill wishes for yellow belt test. (better than good luck LOL. You've worked too hard to contribute it to luck, but maybe good luck too ๐ )
@IsayUncle Jaxonโs appointments went really well but I have been anxious and just not very well mentally today. Iโll tell you more tomorrow. Good job on your weight loss! You are doing awesome ๐
@Psalm139
I'm sorry to hear you weren't doing too good mentally. You've had a lot going on with your appointments this week so that was very challenging and then winding down or I should say winding up to the last biggie of the week is a pretty big deal too. Regardless of the good news about Jax, that doesn't change the facts of the week. When you get a minute, I'd like to hear what was bothering you if you want.
You are done with your appointments so I'm hoping you can take a couple days to wind down and maybe a couple times this weekend you can take the time to just rest good. ๐
@IsayUncle Good morning ๐. I hope you have a good day with your kids today! We got a ton of snow overnight, lol!
@Psalm139
Oh no. Say it ain't so Joe. Not tons of more snow. Shoveling shoveling you all most go. LOL ๐ from 60 degree sunshiney day! I hope everyone is OK and that's the last of it.
Thanks for the knowledge about the situps and thanks for taking the time finding a couple of good YouTube channels. I think the cardio I'm gonna have to work into my schedule. But I like the channel. I had it on this morning for about three episodes while doing kitchen work and I like the instructor and I can't believe that I like the music. I would never listen to that in my own world. I think it kinda reminded me of my younger days in disco dancing.
I did like the instructional on the forward fold. That all makes good sense to me so I'll probably start practicing that right away, so, thank you very much.
Great news about jax, I'm happy for you guys there for sure! I hope you're enjoying your day today. I think you were probably right about all the appointments and everything last week stressing you out a bit so it'll be really good if you can have a really good day today.๐
My imagination is bigger than my clock. I get in my own head about all these things that I want to do and I actually spend tons of time trying to make them happen in little bits and pieces at a time. They use up every ounce of time I have. And in reality, I canโt find the time to do the things of priority and necessity like my routine tasks. Like you say sometimes; I get in my own head and it goes around and around and thatโs kind of where I am at and have been for a while now. I don't know how to put it in words but it can be pretty disheartening at times.
I have some fun moments with the students on Friday and yesterday with the student that came in help me do some work building them a dog house. On Friday has the kids got on the bus I said to a few of them or greeted them with good morning and TGIF. Finally one of the high school students came walking up to me and asked what does TGIF stand for.๐. I found that amusing. The evening before I found a little airplane toy that someone had lost and when I asked who's it was on Friday morning, nobody claimed it so I asked if anybody wanted it and several hands went up. I told them they all had to play rock paper scissors to get a winner. A little cross eyed kindergartener really wanted it but then there were some older elementary kids that were in the mix too. One of the older kids won the challenge and then he turned around and gave the toy to little Isaac and I found out later they all had agreed that if they won they would give it to the kindergartener.๐ how awesome was that?
The one student that came to help me was the slower student. I thought I was gonna have to do everything for him and just show him how things work but I was wrong. He was awesome. I did have to show him but after I showed him he was able to do things. he was able to bend metal, use the skill saw to cut straight lines, use the screw gun, and the thing I was surprised most at was he learned how to read a tape measure to the half inch in the quarter inch mark.
Oh, and he discovered my condiment fridge. My little fridge that I keep my salad dressings and sauces and stuff like that. OMG, laugh a minute. He had to try every dressing on his hot dog and also sprinkle some bonito flakes fish flakes and it's hot dog. He loved it though it was so funny.
All that good stuff helps me keep the faith to keep on trodding forward for best I can.
I hope you're getting some good relaxing in today.๐๐

@Psalm139
Good morning, How was your day yesterday? Mine was busy and disjointed. I did a job for a clan and i say clan because several properties are interconnected and family owned. I was thrown right into the family mix of arguments and property lines. I work for three hours and then listen to this sordid family history for two hours.
Just wanted to let you know, I see what you're trying and I'm good with that.๐ I'm a little behind times on stuff like that so it might take a minute to getting it all to jive.
Thanks again for turning me on to that forward folding and the idea of a cardio program. I'm already using the forward folding program on my coffee table and I can absolutely tell where is affected my hamstrings and back so that's great. And also with the cardio, I realize now, that is exactly what I need to do so that is a very good seed planted.๐๐
I hope you have a very good day today. ๐๐ (any special plans?)
@IsayUncle Yesterday was ok. Busy like all Mondays now, but only one more swim class. I will sign them up for more sessions but none are posted yet. I know they have some in June. Jaxon loves it!
Bentley threw a fit yesterday at swimming because he couldnโt float on his own. He didnโt want the girl that was teaching to help him. He was just very frustrated.
Iโm glad the videos helped! I donโt mean to say you canโt do sit-ups, just that other things will help more/faster. I really like the body project channel. Daniel is fun.
I liked your story about the kids on the bus giving the toy to the kindergartener. Thatโs very sweet๐ And funny about your student trying all your condiments! Iโm glad he turned out to be more capable than you thought!
I hope you liked the videos. I thought the board breaking was super cute and wanted to show you. Have a good day๐
@Psalm139
I got the videos, very cool. Bently got good form with his stance and kicking, pretty cute breaking the board. The instructor seems pretty inuitive with the young ones, jax was having fun, (are you liking him any better?)
I'm working on my shop area this evening so I'll talk to you tomorrow. I hope you had a good day and wish you a good night.๐
@psalm139
Good morning, you doing OK today?
The kids really looked great in the Taekwondo class. Thanks for sharing. So you're swimming is about done and your appointments have eased up a little bit. Sounds like you might get a bit of a break and maybe some breathing room, which will be awesome.
Your suggestion about the cardio was spot on! I'm really looking forward to get myself into a program (self program). I haven't slotted any time for it yet or started any of it yet but I have been brain soaking some videos and it makes total sense that'll go hand in hand with my weight loss. Especially after I get past these easy pounds and start getting down into the nitty gritty. And who knows, I might do some sit-ups too and change this kegger into a 6 pack. Lol๐.
I'm getting a break from my side work for a few days and so I'm trying to hit my workshop area real hard. I made some pretty good progress yesterday and I hope to make some real good progress today. I'll let you know how it goes.
We have some real nice weather here this week, how are things in your area? I hope you have an awesome day today, and if not awesome, pretty good.๐๐
@IsayUncle Iโm doing ok. Last night was taekwondo and it was a pretty tough workout. Black belts were teaching because Master Nixon had a council meeting so I think they wanted to make sure their class was harder than his, lol.
@Psalm139
Good morning M,
I think it's great that you are embracing, not only the Taekwondo but the extra activity of it. It's a powerful good thing. And when we suffer from insecurities and hardships it's wonderful to feel safe and accomplished somewhere.
Try not to let other people interfere with that delicate balance. It's possible that master nixon's girlfriend could be slightly jealous. Or could it be that you are slightly jealous ๐? Several times you have mentioned wanting to talk at a deeper level and you didn't feel comfortable doing that here so that's cool that we got some place to do it. So I didn't think that you tried to trick me. ๐ Go ahead and get it started if you wanna talk about something.
My primary concern is your home privacy and making sure that it doesn't cause any unnecessary hardship or discontent on any level. ๐๐๐. False assumptions and jealousies are probably the biggest and most powerful destroyers on the oceans of life.
I'm looking forward to your new message.๐.
@psalm139
Awwww Morgan... C'mon now.... what's up?
@IsayUncle I donโt really understand what you meant in the last part of your message yesterday.
@Psalm139
We could talk more privately and regular now if we want to. I just don't know if your husband sees a commuication will he assume the wrong thing and get angry and cause undo hardship. You know, get jealous and destroy a good thing.
@Psalm139
Good morning, I hope. ๐. I just finished looking at some weather reports from your area and that is some scary scary stuff. How did you guys make out are you OK?
Just let me know when you can๐, thx
@IsayUncle We are ok but we spent at least an hour in the basement yesterday! There was damage in our county but not in our city as far as I know right now. There were some pretty loud/ heavy winds and we got water in the basement. How were the storms for you? I was worried about you because you donโt have a basement, right? Did you stay home or go somewhere?
@Psalm139
Heeeeey, I'm glad everything worked out OK with the storm. Like I said before I looked up the storm on the Internet and I don't get nothing like that around here. Western Kentucky might because they're flat but Eastern Kentucky is mountainous and so I think it breaks up the Tornadoes or at least the big ones. I can understand why it could be a scary season. ๐
So, did you understand my concern what I said about the other matter that we were talking about. I'm with you about it would be good to have a place to talk openly about things. Do you think my concern is legitimate or am I overthinking things?
And if it's all just too heavy right now, that's OK we have time to figure things out. ๐๐. All my stuff is the same old stuff, side jobs messing me up, did the doghouse projects with the kids today or I should say with one kid today so that was cool. Got this week off for spring break but my partner is getting more work lined up so I don't know.
@IsayUncle Sorry I havenโt been around. I was thinking about what you said and maybe you are right that it would be safer to just keep talking here. I havenโt been doing that well the past few days. Just going through the motions and trying not to think too much about everything. How was your weekend?
@Psalm139
That's OK about not being around much. It seems like you and I have gotten in the same quagmire here lately. I'm sorry you haven't been doing well the past few days. If it helps at all, I have been feeling exactly the same way. Just going through the motions and trying not to think about everything.๐
I don't know how to get around it so I'm just pushing through it. I know it has a lot to do with things that are on my mind but seem to be beyond my control at the moment. And I just wish those things weren't there so I can just have some fun, belligerent, reckless, selfish and indulgent fun. That would just be so awesome, but it seems like that stuff always comes back and bites me in the but* tenfold. Argggh, I just feel like blowing off some steam.
How about you, what do you feel like doing to break up the monotony? I feel like this is where a private chat would come in handy. We've been talking so long about doing the responsible things and the good things and I think we've made a lot of progress, both of us. But at this moment, it's like what you said; it's just like we are going through the motions.
I wish I could have been a bit more uplifting, sorry. I just think we're both in the same boat right now. Do you have any good ideas? ๐๐
I hope you have a better day tomorrow and hopefully we both get back up on our feet soon.๐
@Psalm139
Good morning M, ๐. I think I'm gonna fake it until I make it today. Mentally, I'm gonna knock the gloom out of my doom๐
@Psalm139
OH NO..... I just saw the weather and it looks like you guys are ready for another bad round today. I'll pray that you stay safe. It might be hard to stay upbeat today but just stay safe with your family and if you have some time later on this afternoon let me know how it's going. Thanks.
Just a couple of hopeful smiles that all things go well today.
@IsayUncle I hope you have a good day. Being busy isnโt always a bad thing. For me, as long as whatever I am doing is occupying my mind it can be good to have a break from the anxiety and darkness.
@Psalm139
hi motormouth.... LOL ๐ welcome back. I was very quiet too so thanks for being patient with me also. I worked the backhoe until dark tonight and then I had to load it up you drive it to my partner's house. I just got home.
I'm just taking a minute to check in and I'm glad I did. I'll comment and talk more tomorrow.๐
be safe tonight.
