What do you like to do when you're feeling down?
Hey guys! I just wanted to make this thread to give everyone an opportunity to share what they like to do when they're feeling down. Maybe some of you can use this as inspiration next time you feel upset :)
I usually drawing while listening to music.
listen to music, talk to my partner or listen to ASMR
I like to write paint draw and listen to music.
I like being creative

Hm, this is a great question! This is also amazinggg for reflection!
I have a few things that help when i'm down/depressed:
- Sensoryyy room (great for relaxation and calming myself down)
- Going for a run (sometimes getting ourselves out of a space we've been in for a long time can help)
- Chatting to my best mate (she knows how to calm me down, what do etc)

i watch anime, listen to music or talk to people.
Walking when I'm not tearful always helps, but if I am, crochet whilst watching something helps me self regulate
I really like cycling while listening to music!! I find if really calming
I try to do something called “oppesite action” it is something my therapist has thaught me. You basicly do stuff that you remember you like to do, and do them even when you dont want to. And then also the sucky stuff. Like cleaning. That is the worst for me when im down.
