You’re welcome. I understand self worth is hard because it took me a long time to realize my own self worth. That’s bc no one sees any worth or value in me and I used to think and define myself on other people’s thoughts. That’s how much I cared about their beliefs of me even though they were always negative. But thankfully those days are gone.
I’m glad you have friends who help you out with working on your self worth and depression in the form of your kittens. Keep working on it. I hope it works out for you and you get the result you want. Good luck!
