I reached 10 cups and I'm honestly seeing progress in myself

I did some cleaning in my room! I found some things that I forgot about of course! (Like everyone does when they clean..haha)

When im not 'invinsible' in public area, talk n chitchat with peoples i nvr know at hospital, just to make them feel warm

With my best friend went to a movie...then have a delicious dinner,we share the feeling about the movie...it was the great time I feel about at that moment

I worked on a project that I enjoyed doing and included something I was actually interested in.

Listening to music and dancing like no one was watching.

Having a delicious home made brunch with my partner and our little one!

Went my friend's house for lunch

I relaxed with my kids all day long. =)

Hanging out with my brothers.

My family (mom, dad, brother, aunt, uncle, grandma, grandpa, and I) ran a 5K today and they had donuts near mile 2. After the race we went out for breakfast. Good times

My favorite moment today took me back to my childhood, to where everything was so homey feeling. My best friend and I hung out today and we became friends when I was in the 4th grade, we did everything together and we stopped talking for a while but today we talked and catched up. Although we had some differences in our past, we got through them and she helped me a lot with my depression. Destiny has a way of putting the people you need at the right time in your life for a reason. My favorite moment was hugging her because I haven't hugged her in 2 years and it took me back to that child part of me in my heart. Really emotional day

Whatching Little Foxes, is movie. At the end it has positive message.

My plants my babies ... Which I grow a month back ...now they are growing ... There new leafs and flowers make me sooo happy and relax and satisfied ...

I was actually looking forward to buy a new piece of furniture. I made some measurements and even bought the measuring tape to the shop.

When i got there i realized that i made a silly mistake. I only took 2 measurements. Where as a 3D furniture needs 3 measurements. So yeah..LOL...

My favorite moment today was sitting on the couch holding my daughter as she leaned on me because she's not feeling well.

Taking a well needed nap..I feel refreshed, up for anything.

My daughter sent me a clip of an english bulldog. She knows how much i lovem. It definitely put a smile on my face. The act and knowing she thought of me. I love my kids ❤️

I finally made appointments with doctors I have been putting off

Calling my Internet Best Friend for the first time on my phone, and getting to hear her voice instead of by little words in a chat screen. I felt so happy...

In the chuch...a great worship time...feel touched by God...
