I... guess I finally got someone who wanted to talk to me about my problems like a therapist without it being awkward for them instead of me.

I had a very tough time this weekend but I asked for help and I told both my parents and my therapist, which is really hard for me but I did it!

Finishing a game I spent months developing.

@VinylFly It's a First Person Shooter game.
I was able to explore some of the hang-ups and mental blocks I have around a particular social issue. I challenged my beliefs and faced my fears instead of running away from them.
@VinylFly - That's not easy to do, but is a really big step in being able to move forward. Good for you!
Even though I was afraid, I stood up for myself when I felt like I wasn't being treated fairly. It wasn't received well at first, but I was happy anyway because I wasn't as passive as I normally am.
I've learned not to let someone else puppeteer my life 😁
@honestTortoise7644 - I'm so proud of you! Standing up for yourself isn't easy and can feel pretty scary, but it's absolutely important to start with what you need and own that. Well done!
