a few weeks ago I told my therapist something that I'd been holding in for a couple years (about sexual abuse)
then I told my dad, my mom, and my brothers
yesterday I did a recorded interview, it was about 2.5 hours long, and I didn't cry even once (that's a huge improvement and was a goal for me in communicating)
tomorrow I'll tell my best friend
and tomorrow I'll do a "pretense phone call" and I'm very nervous, but it's optional and I've chosen to do it
@fakeart Im sorry to hear you experienced what you had, but you are so so brave to take this journey and for confronting what you faced. Stay strong, you are doing amazing.

not much....three days sober....then relapse 😕😩
@Introvrtd1 - Three days sober is still three days that you didn't hurt your body. And it's a sign that you can do more. Next step is to start again. I believe in you *hugs*
