Today somebody I love tried to take his life because of depression issues. He contacted me by WhatsApp and I was able to chat with him till his family called the emergency. I was focused and calm till help came. It was a hard day today.
@RealPersonNow - Understandable that it was a hard day, but I'm proud of you for being there for your friend and helping them get the help they needed.
