I took the risk and told my doctor I am depressed and now it caused a mess but hopefully I will get help ekk😬

I don't really know if it really counts as an achievement but I definitely feel like It should.
I went out alone for the first time ever in the city I just moved to and faced my overwhelming and completely irrational fear of super markets... and roads and people. All I can say is thank god for self service checkouts or I might never have left my flat.

I told my doctor how I have been feeling which was really scary and now I'm getting help

Driving cross state to visit NYC which is the first time I have been away from home since I was a child.

Traveling to another state to spend a few days with my husband's distant relatives. I consider this an accomplishment because I had to meet a lot of people at once. It forced me to be outside my comfort zone and converse and spend time with people I knew very little about. Also they were wonderful company so it turned out to be a lovely trip.
