No Cupsing Late at Night!
Similarly to “No cupsing in class”, I have noticed a lot of members and listeners staying up late at night to be on cups
Definition:
Cupsing at night: The act of being on Cups in pms, group chats, and/or forums at night.
It is recommended to get about 8 hours of sleep a night (:
Tag your favorite ATL, Teens, adults, or members who are up a little too late on cups
Please write a 3-4 sentence paragraph explaining why you are awake and the importance of sleep 😴

Sleep my children
But we're not all in the same time zone.
@tuffattack
I'll be honest. I find this post to be quite annoying as it uses generalization approach forcing each of us to defend what we do outside of cups and explain our own schedules, instead of taking the approach of giving a kind reminder approach. I owe nobody an explanation as to why I'm a night owl and prefer working late at night instead of mornings, and why my schedule differ from most people in my time zone. Please remove me from this tag list.
@richuyulin
100% agreed
@Takitoteka Indeed. Night people rise up!

Insomniacs... ASSEMBLE
I am awake because I am a night shift worker. Shift working in this way really plays with your circadian rhythm and keeps you up at strange hours. I find myself troubled in the early hours of the morning and, being awake already, I decide to indulge in a little 7 Cups of Tea browsing. It makes me feel less alone.
That having been said, acute sleep deprivation has left me in a dark place more than once. It's good to have a proper sleeping pattern, whether it's a typical one or not.
Most importantly, listening to your body but also your heart— sometimes a sleepless night is worth it. Sometimes a little extra rest is necessary. I've found life isn't as black and white as eight hours of sleep a night, but it also isn't very forgiving to those who stay awake for 36 hours at a time.
I don't have anyone to tag because I'm quite new... but I appreciate the post nonetheless.
@tuffattack
Night time is the main time when all the issues come out, and people realize that they are getting crushed, so that's the time that everyone needs the help most, so I stay up to help those people
