Hello everybody!

My name is Andrew and I am a listener here on 7 Cups of Tea. I just found this forum section and thought it would be a great opportunity to start to get involved in conversation with other gamers.

So my question to you is: what are your favorite video games and why are they your favorite? They can be for any system, including the system in your response would be even more awesome! I personally game on my PS3 and my recently bought PS4.

Here is a list of some of the games I like to play:

Grand Theft Auto V - Though this game has violent aspects to it, I really love the online play. The constant competition is something that keeps me busy and the race for money and power keeps me intrigued. I really love the immense amount of customization and immersement that the game allows because I can truly enjoy role playing in that whole world. I recently started playing on PS4 which opened it up to so much more and I really do enjoy it.

Battlefield 3 - While this may be a bit outdated with the releases of Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1, I still really love this game. I still play on the PS3 so the servers are not always full but the maps and the gameplay are really fun. I love the teamwork that is in Battlefield as a whole and the actual tactic used as opposed to the wild play of other games like Call of Duty.

Fallout 4 - I have not actually played this game a ton yet but I enjoy what I've done so far. I played a bit with a friend on his system and liked the gameplay so I bought it when I got my PS4. I tried it with some of the mods but I am going to stick to normal, vanilla gameplay for now to just see how the game goes.

Counter Strike: Global Offensive - I actually play this game on PC but I don't have a great one so I don't get to play often. I find the playerbase hilarious and I think it is just a fun fps game.

Little Big Planet 2- This is the final one on the list, I have this game for PS3 and I have to say, I really enjoy playing the custom maps people do. They tend to put a lot of work and humor into it which just makes it a fun game to play in my spare time.

I am excited to hear from you all about your favorites!

~ Andrew

My favourite games tend to be either relaxing or single player, story-heavy games. It's been a while since I played a game that I loved but some my favourites are: Stardew Valley, The Wolf Among Us, Fran Bow, all of the Rusty Lake games, To the Moon, and Transistor.

Dota is my all time favourite because of how competitive it is. Tried dota 2 mmr boost once and when I played with more skilled players after I understood how much you can learn and do to compete in the game and this constant process of learning and becoming better and better at the game is what I really like it for. You never get bored of it.

The Yakuza series, Sleeping Dogs and Assassin's Creed upto Revelations. All of them are unique in their own ways. I'm just waiting for the release of Valhalla and Cyberpunk. Already brought both of them.

I am currently playing this game called Genshin Impact. It's mmrpg and I love it so far! The challenges, storyline and aesthetic of the atmosphere of the game is AMAZING! I play it on my phone so it drains my battery like crazy but I really recommend this game to anyone looking to play sort of virtual reality like RPG.

PS: If you play Fate Grand Order and you love itheart, then Genshin Impact is kinda similar xD

I've never actually played it (I'm not good with video games so I only watch playthroughs) but my favourite game is Detroit: become human. If you've never played, do yourself a favour and play it (or watch a playthrough like me, Jacksepticeye's one is the best in my opinion). It has an amazing story and so many outcomes.

@badgergoose Yooo Detroit: Become human is LIT! The graphics, plot, characters and EVERYTHING. I watched Jacksepticeye's gameplay too and I like how he went through every detail and information. It's a great game! Great choice!

The complete Yakuza series. Too good of a storyline involved with equal amount of emotions, violence, brotherhood, friendship and betrayal.

I like exploration games like most of the Metroid stuff, I like sandboxes a lot, some platformers and FPS games sometimes. I just like games that allow me to have fun and feel emersed and let me escape from reality for a little bit.

I prefer playing CS GO and LOL. It's a pretty common choice of most people, but I still love those games. But before actually playing any games, I would recommend you to worry about the security and install yourself an antivirus. Here is an Ellie Richards article about Norton that I would highly recommend you to check out in your free time.
