I don't know if they are better than chocolate but the fruit flavoured tootsie rolls is what I wanted in my treat bag. As a kid I never saw them in stores and they were a Halloween thing only. Even as an adult, rare only seen them in stores once or twice and never actually bought any - maybe I will if I see them again!
Otherwise I'm with H! Reese's!
