Parmesan Zucchini Crisps

Ingredients:
Zucchini slices
Grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Instructions:
Toss zucchini slices in olive oil, coat with grated Parmesan, and bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) until crispy. (I would personally sprinkle light salt on them for some boost.)
