Hey! I have joined this sub-community recently as I am really interested in the discussions on improvising of the life. I also think that more we talk about the healthy living, more we'll be able to incorporate the healthy habits in our life.
Hi everyone!
I am Rue. I have done so much work on myself on a mental psychological and spiritual level and I have managed to overcome my depression and anxiety to some extent. I stopped having panick attacks and I am able to cope with depression.
There is one thing that I still did not manage to take care of and that's my body. I hope that I will be able to do that and I hope that this community will provide me with some support to do so!
