Weight Loss Goal

Hello everyone,

I am looking to lose 16.5 lbs. by the end of May 2023. I will diet and exercise until this time, and thereafter.

I will eat small portions, walk on the treadmill, and bike outside.

Just keep going and when it gets hard, just remind yourself you got this! Dieting is really hard to focus on, but you can do anything!

I too had made that a decision this year. So far I lost about 3 pounds in about a week. We can do this. Keep going at it!

good luck! I lost a load of weight last year (3stone, 7lb). You will have good and bad days, but remember that no matter what slip ups you make and lack of energy you have, it’s all about consistency and getting back on that horse. You can do it x
