...See more I feel so overwhelmed and anxious. Im tired, stressed and I had a panic attack last night. It feels like im suffocating. ...See more AH! Please help. I am in a fight with my friend. I told one friend things about her and how I felt left out all the time. That friend told her and i confronted the friend I was talking about. We got into a texting fight. Im very upset and feeling lonely and sad. I just need a friend who will listen to me and care about my feelings. No one will probaly read this but if you are, I would love if you could just listen. Im struggling alot. In one post I posted about trauma. One of the main reasons I hate being left out is because I was abandoned when I was very young. All I need are friends who love me for who I am and accept my kindness and love😭

...See more Anyone know what trauma feels like? After it happens there is an empty hole in your chest. Its cold and dark in there, no way out. Its scary walking around it, so you choose to go into the hole. The dark absorbs you and takes over. You experience depression and anger. Well that is how I feel. I chose to start using 7cups to help with my mental state. Its helping very much. Im glad I joined.
