One good thing I noticed about myself today is that I’m able to be flexible and adapt to circumstances. I have a sense of humour even through adversity (some might call it gallows humour but it is humour none the less). Also, I just keep going. Today, the birds outside were giving a concert and so I thanked them for their lovely concerto. That sort of thing.
