First Weight Loss Goal
Hello everyone!
I weighed in at 177.2 lbs. today. I am starting a healthy lifestyle today. I will not have ANY sugary drinks, dessert, or fried food. This is my personal preference. I will eat crackers, peanut butter, veggies, coffee, tea, and water. When I go out, I will get NO sugary drinks; just diet soda, or unsweetened iced coffee. I will exercise at least six days a week (dancing).
My first weight loss goal is to get to 165 lbs. by June 24th, 2023. That is a planned loss of 12 lbs. over 6 weeks. After this, I will aim to get down to 140 lbs.
I am very serious about this!
I am down to 176.8 lbs. today. It will be another day of small, healthy eating and dancing.
This is like a summer weight loss program!!! Yay!!!!
I am on a fitness journey as well. I have been working on it for about 33 days now. I've lost some weight and feel a bit better. I have a long way to go in order to get where I'd like to be in terms of fitness but I'm glad that I've made a tremendous change in that I eat healthy and exercise daily.
