I want to be healthy for life.

I have a goal to lose 32 lbs. by Halloween 2023 (8 lbs. a month, over 4 months)

to become 146 lbs.

and a goal to be 136 lbs. by Christmas 2023

and I will exercise regularly after that (mild walking outside)

...See more I lost 7 lbs. this year. Then, I stopped trying. I am serious about losing weight again. I want to lose 40 lbs. by Christmas 2023 (about 6 months away). I am currently 178 lbs., and want to get to 135 lbs. I started off my weight loss journey at 185 lbs. I am 5'2" in height. I will eat a very simple diet, in order to achieve this, consisting of only healthy foods. Once I lose the 40 lbs., I will engage in moderate intensity cardio exercise. ...See more Hello everyone! I weighed in at 177.2 lbs. today. I am starting a healthy lifestyle today. I will not have ANY sugary drinks, dessert, or fried food. This is my personal preference. I will eat crackers, peanut butter, veggies, coffee, tea, and water. When I go out, I will get NO sugary drinks; just diet soda, or unsweetened iced coffee. I will exercise at least six days a week (dancing). My first weight loss goal is to get to 165 lbs. by June 24th, 2023. That is a planned loss of 12 lbs. over 6 weeks. After this, I will aim to get down to 140 lbs. I am very serious about this!
