Hi there 😊How have you been?

I'd be happy to know about your experience as well!

Oouh I have a lot of apps, although I don't really use a lot of them but I'm gonna list:

I tried many manyyy apps and these were m favorites 😁

For study: focus to do- yeolpumta- forest

self care and motivational apps: viqqi- headspace- wysa- Me+ - fabulous- serenity- lojong

for sleep: sleep by wysa- bettersleep

for gratitude and journaling: I am- Moodee

the app " widgetable" has some cool features, including a widget to keep track of your mood, you can choose how much you felt of each emotion and the circle of that date will get colored due to it, it's pretty awesome ^^

and the app "21 days" to challenge new habits.

If anyone has some cool apps, I'd be happy to know!

@daydreammemories WOW! you really have found a lot of useful apps to use! I struggle all the time to find new ones i will actually love, is free and will continue to use everyday...

I only have one app that tracks my sleep 'Sleep Cycle' i highly recommend however, i do use the subscription to get all the best features! i wish i kept up with it because i have forgotten to use it for the majority of my 12 month subscription!

@fruitySpring8054 I have used Daylio for a long time for all kinds of things. You can add all kinds of routines and add your own so you can track health, mood, food, walking, sports and whatever with your own customized icons and stuff. Works pretty well 🤩

hmm... I've tried a lot of apps but the ones that have stuck are:

Clarity (journaling and calming), Gratitude (journaling but positive), I use Daybook for my reading and book summaries journal record, Bearable is excellent for symptom tracking, Visible also for symptom tracking but it works better if you have a heart rate monitor / watch, Avocation and Finch I occasionally use for habit/routine, I'm sure theres others I've forgotten hahaha :)

I used to have a habit tracker app named tracker. Then last year I found an app called tusk. It has everything I was looking for.  From tracking my habits to reminders.

SocialFuel April 22nd

Hi fruitySpring8054!

I made an app for people to record reflections using their voice and reply to other people’s posts to connect. Many users are feeling the genuine connection on the app because they feel heard and understood. One user described it as filling up her daily social fuel to stay mentally healthy :)

So, check out Bubblic if you are missing the daily social connection!

@SocialFuel just looked at this and it's so cool! I'm 17 so it seems like it's mostly adults on there and I might not keep up - but it was awesome to see and maybe I'll try it one day!

For tracking daily progress, I rely on apps like Habitica for habits, Todoist for tasks, and Insight Timer for meditation. These keep me motivated and organized. Also, check out https://betterme.world/articles/calisthenics-and-weight-training/ for fitness tips and progress tracking

I know someone already said it but Finch!! I cannot stress how helpful Finch has been for me, as someone who struggles with to-do lists or any specific task that needs to be done daily, I have been consistently Almost daily been using Finch for 2 years! Its really really great

Hi!!! I would definitely recommend Finch which would cover everything you need rather than using several different apps for different purposes. Finch is a pet care app and almost like a game so it makes everything more interesting and appealing to remain consistent!!! I love my bird and been using Finch for the last 3 years and I can tell you it helped me a lot! Would appreciate your thoughts if you ever decide to try it!
