How FOOD affects your MOOD
FOOD IS A HUGE PART OF NOT ONLY PHYSICAL HEALTH, BUT MENTAL HEALTH AS WELL!!!
This is a forum to share how food has affect you life and how what you eat, impacts you mental health!
I think its amazing the differences we all feel in our bodies when we change the way we eat to live a Healthier lifestyle! Foods have so many chemicals... And in those chemicals can be many reasons why we all feel moody, depressed, anxiety, tired, bloated etc... Just even making "small" changes over time can help, such as making smarter food choices and food swaps.. Switch from whites to grains, or as someone suggested above, using "Lettuce" leaves in place of breads or tortillas!..That alone can help you to cut down on carbs. Of course, as someone else above also mentioned, be sure to touch base with your physician to make sure that you are adopting the right choices for you and your lifestyle!

Hi Lena, Now that this Has been moved to the Healthy Living Forum, I used this link as an opportunity to write and hold a disccussion this week on How Food Affects our Mood. It was a very interesting discussion to hear everyone's answers and opinions.
