Hydration is very important! Often it is common to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. The debate on how much is different depending on the source. Tip: One key thing to know if you are adequately hydrated your urine is very light in color.
Often we think of water during the day however you can get hydration from foods as well!
Are you adequately hydrated? How much water do you drink daily? Do you consume any of the foods listed? Did you know that foods can provide hydration??

i drink about 100oz daily and love it. I no longer drink colas and most of these foods I enjoy very much! 🙌🙌💦💦

Very true that Urine color is a great indicator to realize whether or not your body is getting the proper hydration needed…..
Another is often to drink water first when you feel you’re hungry. In Most cases we are actually dehydrated than hungry.
I know there are days when I’m hydrated properly & some days not as much. I get the most hydration on days I go hard with cardio workouts or in the summer when it’s naturally warmer…. My consumption can vary. But I’m always sure to get the required “minimum” of 64oz. But can also get up to 120oz. Depending on the day.
Summertime also makes it a great time to consume great tasting water laden fruits that I enjoy as well!

@SunShineAlwaysGrateful I eat strawberries,and spinach, carrots and cauliflower, but not all daily. ❤ but yes hydration is important could go with doing that right now😁
