Well, everyone is different. And what works for some might not work for others..

But, With that being said, for myself personally, I find my motivation to workout by first off doing workouts that I “ENJOY”! …If you don’t like what you are doing then it’s not something you are likely to keep up with. Or that will keep you motivated. So find something you enjoy doing…

💃Do you like to Dance? …Try a Zumba class or line dancing, or a million other types of dance class choices....

☀️Do you like to walk in the fresh air?… Then put on your earbuds and your favorite Songs (or a podcast if you enjoy those). And walk until those songs, that playlist or podcast is complete. (Or start small & do half the time & work your way up!)…

🏊‍♀️Do you like to swim or like the water?… Find an Aqua Zumba or Aqua Aerobics class~ etc…

But you get the picture… And there’s so many YouTube channels full of workout inspirations!

👭But if you are the type that finds you don’t like going it alone, then perhaps finding a “workout partner” to help with Accountability can help?! (Like A friend, a close neighbor, relative etc…).

👯Also sometimes just joining a “Group Fitness class” that you enjoy with other “Like-minded” people can help & be very motivating. (That’s actually my favorite)! As you can meet lots of new people as well. As you all workout together to keep each other inspired and motivated.

Either way, Start small in whatever you choose as to not feel too overwhelmed too quickly! And if you have any questions we are here to support you! And best wishes to you on your journey.

If you know/remember the benefits of exercising, I think you’ll regain your motivation or even increase it.

Some benefits:

- Stress reduction

- Better quality sleep

- Be happy/happier

- Energy

- Feel hungry

- Increase focus and concentration and confidence

- Won’t lose bone/muscle

- Health/healthy/healthier

- Arthritis prevention

In addition to other benefits

Now as it was accurately pointed out by another user, what works for one person won’t work for everyone bc everyone’s different, not same.

I keep getting most of these benefits everytime I exercise and that keeps me motivated to continue exercising.

You might get some of these benefits too if not all of them but you’ll never know till you try it and see what happens.

It's okay to be fell less motivated... Sometimes it happens but we usually feel like no... I have to do something immediately to get motivated again.. But we can take a break to see how far we have come and celebrate that....

And if the case is you haven't started anything and are running out of motivation then you can do Or follow these little steps :

-Set small goals

-Set rewards for your little achievement..

-Draw a map to look at your future achievement imagine yourself doing that you always wanted to...

-Set aside all your distractions.

-Make strategy to keep your distractions away.....

-And it's okay to feel tired after all we are humans.

We can always restart 😌

Hope it helps 😌

There are a myriad of benefits to exercise, and one of the most important ones is this: mood boost

If you're ever feeling down, or need an uplift in energy, mood boost, etc, just consider how much better you feel after some exercise compared to how you feel without it

Hi 👋 Wood. That’s a great question and probably every person has a different way to make it work. I f.e. look at YouTube Videos that I have interest. Now I am in a quest to lose some weight that I put on in the last months. I am 53 and noticed in a picture how much my belly fat increased (menopause and all), so I focused on different belly exercises and so on. I normally love to dance so I look for work outs that are involved with dance. Ik that I have to do so weight training (which I don’t like) so i mix some weights exercises with some with dance and so on. It is all a work in progress and sometimes I am so sore(that’s different from one person to another, age and health play a big role in that too) that I have to make a recovery plan. I noticed that if I do my workout routine before breakfast I am more efficient and the workout happens, if I start my day planning to workout later, it doesn’t happen. So I would say:

* find out what you really like to do for workouts

* try different types of it, mix them

* if you have an specific issue you want to focus you can research and make a plan to work on that for a couple of days-make plans for small periods, if you plan for the whole year you will get lost in it.

* how do you prefer to do your workout, alone or with groups (if you prefer to be alone but are not very experienced, please look out for a trainer)

* find out when you are more comfortable with your workouts ( when you have more energy, head is clear and so on).

I hope that helps you find motivation to keep doing. Feel free to message me. See you 🙋🏻‍♀️

You don't have to go to a gym to keep your health up. You can do a sport that you like; it might make it easier and you would have people supporting you.

@hardworkingBeechwood6063 Sometimes it isn't that you need motivation, just lighten the load. Instead of a big workout just doing something really small, and tell yourself that's good enough for the day. Its better dong a very little something than a whole lot of nothing.

To be honest, I think we all have days when we don't want to do anything at all. I certainly do, and then I try to find motivation to work on myself. That's how I developed a love for yoga, which, after the necessary exercises, gives me even more strength. I really like to improve my level and found some interesting information from https://betterme.world/articles/yoga-levels/ about how you can better understand what level you are at. It is very convenient and makes me want to move from the beginner to the pro level

For me at least, I find it helpful to think of it this way. You don't need to be great at exercise, the trick is to go at least 3 times a week, pick the days in advance, and go even if you don't feel like it.

The gym I go to does group classes. If I find myself in a rut I'll try a different class or revisit group yoga. Sometimes working out in a group like that helps me get back on track/motivates me to keep up with my goals.
