How do you all find the motivation to exercise or work out?

As someone who also struggles to self motivate with fitness, I joined team based activities. I currently do aerials and dance, but there are also plenty of other running and fitness groups out there. I think taking classes is extremely beneficial because you also get the opportunity to become part of a community while you’re working on your physical health.
