@PoliteOcean Thank you for this amazing post and Happy World Kindness Day! 😊 I thoroughly enjoyed reading this post and especially liked the kindness tips.
I find that encouraging myself and others, being grounded as well as practicing gratitude are ways to help supercharge my own healthy living and wellness journey. I also find it crucial to be mindful of negative self-talk as sometimes it can come so naturally. As you stated, next time when you're in front a mirror, say something nice for yourself. I absolutely loved that reminder and thank you so much for taking the time to post this! 💓
@GentleHealingInitiative
Hi There! 😊
And Thank YOU for responding! I’m so happy to hear that you enjoyed the post & reading over the tips!
I so love your answers, especially in that you “encourage yourself” (as well as others)... I think it’s so important to learn to be our own “cheerleaders”. And it’s wonderful that you are continuing to “Supercharge” your Healthy Lifestyle & wellness journey by practicing gratitude & being mindful!
You are correct in that negative self talk can sometimes just slip right in there even when we don’t want it to. And we can be our own worst critics at times... So we absolutely should take some time & remind ourselves to also be kind to ourselves. And it’s so amazing that you see the importance of it all! You are doing an awesome job.
Thank you for sharing your lovely response with us! ❤️
@PoliteOcean
Happy World Kindness Day!
What I can do to supercharge my healthy living and wellness journey is spread positivity to others
@PoliteOcean
I feel that a way to spread kindness is by remembering that not everyone comes from a loving home, and that some people just need guidance or even reassurance that they are loved, cherished and understood. The world has a brim of cruelty there is no need in adding to it, and a way to convey happiness and kindness is by treating others how you wish to be treated! <3
@InsightfulPhoenix
Hey there Phoenix!
I love this response.
It’s can definitely be easy to forget that there are others less fortunate when things are going well in someone else’s life…. And Spreading kindness, & giving guidance, reassurance, (helping them to feel loved, cherished, wanted & appreciated) are ALL excellent & amazing things to do!
And to also remember that good old fashion “Golden Rule” in treating others in how we want to be treated…
Definitely great responses Phoenix 🐦🔥..
Thank you so much for sharing this with us! 😊❤️
@PoliteOcean Wednesday I bought myself a big juicy cheeseburger for lunch by delivery. The Holy Spirit told me to support local businesses because they are dependent on my patronage for their livelihood. I needed a change of pace to keep my morale up. My family abuses me when I'm suffering and then complain when I fall apart. Why do they think that's going to help me get better?
@Regmo
Im So glad to hear that you are trying & working on keeping your morale up. And it’s great of you to support your local businesses that you like, patron & enjoy! That’s thoughtful of you. And even though I haven’t had a good cheeseburger in awhile, that sounds amazing! And it’s good that you were able to treat yourself (while also supporting others)! Great job to you. 👍🏼 Thank you for sharing.
