Welcome again to the Group Support Guidelines Refresher Quiz- Part IV!
Thank you to everyone who attempted Refresher Part I, Refresher Part II & Refresher Part III. I am glad to notice that most of us are aware of the group chat rules. If anyone hasn't attempted it yet, I would invite you to give it a try and let us know.
The goal of these refresher quizzes is to test your knowledge and refresh your memory on the important guidelines of providing support in a group setting.
I am sharing the next quiz for our attempt and the guidelines covered in this quiz include some scenarios to practice and point out what group chat rule violated.
So, please take a moment to test your understanding of group chat!

This quiz was a little confusing to me as I wasn't sure if I was supposed to only choose the main guideline or everyone that was connected to the issue. So 14/20.
This quiz needs a good edit. Some of the answers are unaccounted for.
For instance, this one should also include "be safe". The Listener is offering to reveal their member username, which falls under that category.
A Listener entered a group chat and started giving medical advice. They also used full caps to tell people their member account by PMs 'Who wants to know? I'll PM.' What group chat rules did they violate?

I loved the quizzes, overall. What a great refresher! I sure needed it. I appreciate the effort that went into designing these quizzes.
@ASilentObserver I am surprised I made an 18/20 because I was confused about whether each question had only 1 answer or if I could pick 2. Lol. Looking back at my score, I notice my error but I'm still happy with my score. Thanks for making my brain think.
@ASilentObserver
I got 18/20
