Let's Continue to Support Each Other's Journey Towards Wellness.
Hello everyone,
I hope this post finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to talk about the recent mental health awareness group support event that we completed and the importance of ongoing support for those who struggle with mental health.
I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your participation and support. Your presence and engagement made an impact in raising awareness around mental health and reducing the stigma that often surrounds it. By coming together and sharing our stories, we showed that mental health is something that affects us all, and it's okay to seek help when we need it.
We hosted 50+ discussions on mental awareness this month. A special shout out to all hosts who made this group support event possible and provided us reflective prompts and questions to think through and share & discuss our challenges and experiences together. Thank you to @azuladragon34 @beck1 @Erica @FrenchMarbles @luminousIceCream6924 @purpleunicorn18 @richuyulin @zaatarHoney @Lou73 @TabbyCat97 @Sunisshiningandsoareyou and all. I am grateful for the wonderful teamwork.
However, completing an event like this is only the beginning. It's easy to feel inspired and motivated at the moment, but the true test of our commitment to mental health awareness comes in the days and weeks following the event. Let's hold ourselves accountable and continue to prioritize our mental well-being. Let's be there for each other and create a community of support and understanding.
Remember, progress is not always linear. There may be setbacks and challenges along the way, but that's okay. What's important is that we keep pushing forward and advocating for ourselves and those around us.
I truly believe that with each event like this, we are one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance and care as physical health. So let's keep the conversation going, let's keep learning and growing, and most importantly, let's keep supporting each other.
Thank you again for being a part of this mental health awareness event. Together, we can create a community where mental health is a priority and support is readily available.
Yay, thankyou Obziee!❤
Big ups to everyone!❤
Thank you all for leading discussions and supporting one another! What a great month of conversations! Great work @Obs!

@ASilentObserver
@ASilentObserver well said, very nice and encouraging words for the 7 Cups community!
To those that stumble across the comments section, I want to say this; no matter what life throws at you, always get back up, it may be hard at times and also can take steps and time but when u climb that safety ladder you eventually get the courage to climb to the top after u have practiced 1 step each way and when you get that feeling you feel goof and feel like you've accomplished something. I hope that people will talk more often here and share what is bothering them, weather it be in the early hours of morning or in the sunny afternoon, ALAWAYS talk and express what you feel bcuz it helps and saves in my opinion. Maybe YOU might be feeling this way and find it hard or maybe not sure what to say. And that too is okay, even if it's an hi or how are you, it gets you talking, with the support from one another and passing the energy around can make one feel better by being in the presence, when I started the journey I didn't know where I was in life and felt lost and from time to time I still do but I remember the mindfulness exercises that gets taught here to always work on my breathing if I'm in a panicked situation or simply take my time when I need to. Thanks to the mindfulness sessions and the support from people here I can smile knowing that we may not know each other but on the other side of the Internet we all are still human and can relate and understand one's pain. I can go on and on but it will keep it short, I hope you can see the light soon and retreat from the darkness that the pain is causing and from me to you I reach my hand out to whoever wants to grab it. Thank you
Thank you, Obs, for being one of those hosts of the numerous discussions that was in place!
I think it's sad that in some countries, mental health is seen like the plague, no one wants to get near it and once they have it, they become isolated. At least, here in 7 Cups, we're making a difference in each others' lives, with members that spread globally. Although it's difficult to change how the world views mental health, at least we have this platform for anyone who comes across and seeks help for themselves, their loved ones, and their friends/colleagues.
