Group support Mods
Hi everyone,
I wanted to chat to you a little about modiquette. We use the term “Modiquette” when referring to etiquette on how to treat your fellow moderators. This is to ensure that we are all working together as a team in the rooms and so that members will know what to expect from us. Some of them are: Be kind and polite and remember manners go a long way. Be supportive of everyone and their efforts in the community. Communication is key! Remember we are a team and need to speak with one voice. If you disagree with action, updates or changes offer feedback through the appropriate channels and be professional when you do so.
I'd like to know how you haver used modiquette recently or where you have seen it being used well?
