Announcement: 7Cups Moderators Help Center
Hello, 7 Cups Moderators Team!! Thank you for being part of the moderation team and going above and beyond to keep the chat rooms safe and supportive for everyone. I am grateful to each one of you and please know your efforts and contributions are not going unnoticed.
We are introducing Mod Help Center to share the best resources on moderation practices and support & guidance. I hope you may find these resources helpful to take care of your focused chat rooms better. The goal of setting up this help center is to provide all support and help you may need.
- Visit our Mod Help Center to see useful information for new moderators and guides for your moderation tools.
- Read through our moderator guidelines to help you grow a healthy community and ensure you know what’s expected of you as a moderator. Additional guidelines are here!
- Subscribe to GroupModNews! Official announcements specifically of interest to moderators will be posted here. Don't worry — only the Group Support Leaders can submit things there.
- ModSupport is where you can ask questions directly to the Group Support Mentor Leaders, Group Support Ambassadors, Admins about guidelines or introduce ideas for better moderation you'd like to see implemented.
- If you have someone breaking chatroom rules in your chat room or if you have a question you'd prefer to ask privately, Community Moderators can be reached via 1-1.

Along with those resources, we are re-opening the Group Mod Zone for both adults and teens as a base for Mod Team. This room will be utilized to provide support, assistance, discussing best practices, learning from each other's experiences, and get to know each other better in the team. Please use the room to keep it active so that we could provide active support to each other as a team to take care of our group chat rooms and community members.
Also, I invite all moderators to join me in the chat rooms to foster a healthy conversation environment and make everyone feel seen, heard, cared and loved. I am here with you to support and help in all the ways I can. You are not alone in this!
