1. What has been the thing you have struggled with the most over the past week?
2. What has been your biggest success in coping with your grief over the past week?
3. What is one RAK (random act of kindness) that you can do this week in honor of your loved one? It doesn’t have to be big. Even small RAK’s can make a big difference.

1. What has been the thing you have struggled with the most over the past week?
I keep kicking myself for feeling angry and not because anyone died, rather, it was grief about having a mother with mental illness who did bad things to me while I was growing up.
2. What has been your biggest success in coping with your grief over the past week?
I was able to let go of the people who let me down by hurting me and just leave them in my past.
3. What is one RAK (random act of kindness) that you can do this week in honor of your loved one? It doesn’t have to be big. Even small RAKs can make a big difference.
My loved one didn't die per se, she let me down by dumping and hurting me badly. Anyway, I remembered a tradition that we used to do as kids. So as a RAK, I decided to invite the person in the mirror to join me for a midnight feast on Sat. I also decided to ask another close friend if she would like to start the tradition and she said yes.
1. I recently lost my grandma last week she passed away peacefully in her sleep. It has felt like the longest week ever so I've been struggling with staying focused on things right now 💗💗💗💗
2. I would say the biggest successful things I've found helpful for me this past week has been getting distracted by doing things I enjoy or sleep ( self care)
3. Act of Kindness( by deep cleaning the house ) for the household so it doesn't feel so overwhelming f

@countrygirl9988 Everything that you are feeling and experiencing is completely normal this soon after a significant loss such as the loss of a parent. It may not seem like it, but the pain will lessen with time. It never goes away completely, but it gets more manageable. I'm really glad that you are here and that you are sharing on the forums.
