Get! Set! Grow!
Do you know we are all gardeners? Gardeners of our thoughts in the garden of our mind ~ we sow the seeds, we water them, we feed them, and we do everything in our power to make them grow! The only question is, what seeds do you sow? Are these seeds for negative thoughts or positive ones? And then eventually how you make these grow over time, what you do to empower their growth, do you engage in regenerative pruning (removal of the weaker buds and twigs in your mind that eventually make you feel weaker and hamper the growth of other thoughts and feelings that might be better for you)
π» What are 3 things you can do to water, feed, and empower your thought, that will help it grow?
π» How will your fully fledged plant ( the initial positive thought you had sown earlier) benefit your life?
@Sunisshiningandsoareyou
π» What is one positive seed ( thought) you'd like to sow in your garden ? Self worth
π» What do you think could hamper its growth ? How would you prevent that ? There are many things that hold it back. Childhood and family first planted the seeds of no worth. A few months ago I lost my best friend - harsh words were exchanged between us and she ghosted me. This triggered abandonment issues - which made the feeling of no worth even worse and depression has really taken hold. I'm not sure how to prevent this
π» What are 3 things you can do water , feed , empower your thought, that will help it grow ? I can allow myself to see the good things I do. I can be kinder and more gentle with my thoughts and my treatment of myself. I can reach out to more positive people and avoid the ones who negatively impact my life
π» How will your fully fledged plant ( the initial positive thought you had sown earlier) benefit your life ? If I can see that I'm worth it I'll do better things for myself. I'll stop the harm I cause to myself both physically and mentally. I might find enjoyment in the life I have and find the motivation to do things to make myself happy. I'll stop viewing myself so critically and see that I'm not the failure I think I am. I think I might be able to find and make peace with myself
* I think I need to plant and grow some self confidence too because I'm nervous this answers are all wrong π
lol

Sunnie your forum threads are super duper awesome! β€οΈ I loved this so much and I completely agree, we are all gardeners! I love how orginal, how authentic and how fun this is!
π» What is one positive seed ( thought) you'd like to sow in your garden ?
No matter where you go in life, you know what you are doing and there's always one person who's always got your back, and that is you. Trust yourself
Oof those weeds and insects! Many things could hamper its growth such as, having limiting beliefs and regularly letting them hold me back, having all-or-nothing thinking, refusing to open myself and learn from experiences, and many many more!
1. Do one thing nice for myself and something that builds my trust in myself.
2. Appreciate others because that way I'll realize I have people in my life who help keep me going.
3. Remind myself that even though I may not be guaranteed success in all that I try, putting myself out there is worth it.
It will help me become super duper positive, give me hope and help me build a good relationship with myself! :)
I loved this thread so much. I'll tag some friends who I think would like this: @Verseart @JustOneMoreEpisode @theriverisrising @SparkyGizmo
Hi @Sunisshiningandsoareyou
I liked that post. It felt so welcoming and made me feel positive.
π» What is one positive seed ( thought) you'd like to sow in your garden ?
The seed of hope
π» What do you think could hamper its growth ? How would you prevent that ?
Negative thoughts and wrong ways of thinking. I prevent it by reminding myself that I have to protect my plant till it grows up. At this stage it may need a lot of my effort and time.
π» What are 3 things you can do to water , feed , empower your thought, that will help it grow ?
By avoiding all self-destructive deeds, engaging in positive actions and working continuously while being patient.
π» How will your fully fledged plant ( the initial positive thought you had sown earlier) benefit your life ?
It will help me till the day I am breathing. That's how hope is :)
