I would love to go Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka again for a vacation. (I'm a Nature Lover) 
I'd love to visit Botswana, Okavango Delta, the natural resources look incredible, and wildlife roam around freely. Just looks really beautiful, a great sense of peace.

I have learnt so much about 7 Cups since I joined and I am so grateful that I have this wonderful community. I've learnt lots about compassion, gratitude, mindfulness and I've learnt many skills that are useful to me in my life. ❤️ Happy birthday to 7 Cups!

Me being here was just by chance (or destiny? Who knows?) I was just browsing about depression and all, trying to see where me and my symptoms fit. Then I stumbled upon this site labelled as a 'safe place' and it has been my escape ever since.❤️
It has been an absolutely inspiring journey (even though I have been here only for months, lol) and I have learnt what actual, healthy relationships feel like.

What brought me here was being at my very lowest. I felt alone, misunderstood and really afraid.
What I learned on 7Cups is that there are great people in this world who are compassionate and willing to listen. I've learned that sometimes things aren't as bad as they seem and that there is no shame in asking for help. I've learned that I can trust myself, and that I can work on myself every day. Maybe I won't see any improvements immediately, but each step on the right path is a reason to celebrate. Each stumble is to make yourself stronger, and each time you take the wrong path, you have the opportunity to grow.
But the most important thing I've learned: help yourself first before you help others. There is no shame in self-care, it is the most important and kindest act you can offer yourself.

1. What song describes me or my life, huh? That's a deep one, there's so many I love. But the one that best describes the overall feel to me is gotta be Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall by Coldplay. It's about falling 5 times and getting up 6, about not letting life drag you down. And that's how I feel.
2. My all time favourite song is Carry on Wayward Son by Kansas. At times I really relate to it, other times I just want to remember all the people that are connected to this song.
3. To me the most important message is that no matter how hard things are getting, you gotta continue fighting because what is the point of giving up? You just gotta go through the rough patch, and brighter days will come eventually. Also, keep yourself grounded, don't get your head in the clouds too much. That's an important one to me. Sure I'll still dream, but I won't be the innocent little girl I used to be again, because that naivity only gets you hurt.

1. What song describes your life or you as a person? and why? Sharada by Skye Sweetnam. It's about a girl who is different from her peers, who wants to stand out and feel special, and who has always her head in the clouds. The first time I heard this song, I thought "That's me!"
2. would you like to share a link to your favourite song ? do you relate to it? My favorite song is Brave by Sumo Cyco. Not only was I hooked by the catchy chorus, but I also found the lyrics descrbed perfectly what I was feeling the first time that I heard it.
3. whats the message of your favourite song what does it mean to you? The song is about the constant struggle with our inner demons: they might keep on winning, but, as the song says, "only I know how to brave what's inside of me". Also, I really like the line that says "I'm bound to what they've made of me and tied to their authority", because it makes me think of the fact that I am the product of some of my life's experiences, and also that I have some people in my life that want me to behave in a certain way, and I can't contradict them.

1- Although many songs can constitute my anthem of life, "Fight Song" by Ratchel Platen describes some aspects really clearly. Taking every day as a new opportunity is one of my ways to life.

3- The message is simply the general fact, that if we doubt ourselves of being small or not productive, we can actually will to be way much bigger. I love this reminder, and have been using the song as part of my exam playlist too. When there is a will, there is always a way!

I could be given a thousand years and still not choose my favourite song!! There are just too many great songs! But one that is in my head rn is photograph by ed Sheeran again. Hehe. I relate to the act of saving your memories and freezing time to be in your favourite moments forever. Plus the pre chorus and the chorus make me cry everytime.
