7 Cups 'Unsung Hero' Shout-Out Appreciation Challenge
Hello all of you Awesome Listeners!
Aside from all the great work you do here, I am presenting a challenge beginning Sunday, July 3rd through Saturday, July 9th for all of us to give a HUGE Shout-Out to our UNSUNG HEROES!
Who is an 'Unsung Hero?' Glad you asked! We often send Shout-Outs to our Listeners who are part of many projects and are well known in the Community. However, the foundation stone Listeners of 7 Cups are our 'B' track people who are jaw-dropping amazing and have awesome numbers here because their concentration is on Listening and/or Supporting and doing it well.
Who qualifies as an Unsung Hero? A Listener who has reached high goals here with astounding amounts of chats in 1 on 1 and/or groups. Someone you won't normally see in our Shout-Out arenas. Someone who derserves great praise for uplifting 7 Cups to great respect while staying in the background. These are people you won't generally find in any leadership program or team.
How do we find Unsung Heroes? It can be a challenge, so I challenge everyone to be looking up profiles in chat rooms, 1 on 1's, browsing Listeners or by simply knowing a Listener with whom we could have not gotten to where we are now without! As this challenge coincides with 7 Cups 3rd birthday, I'd love to see 3 Shout-Outs per post.

@soothingpurr isn't around but I must say they are a fabulous listener. They are kind, non-judgemental, supportive, respectful, patient, and simply beautiful person. They were modest, fair, supportive and professional as a group mod. They inspire me to be a better listener myself. They will always be my hero.
@MagicalPond86 is a 5 star Veteran with an incredible 1700 chats and 957 Group Support chats. It's a wonder where she finds the time to keep in touch with me and be super supportive of my life. Love you, Pond!
This challenge wouldn't be complete without my adding @Jack
Jack joined us as a teen Listener and has graduated to Adult/teen Listener. He is a 5 Star across the board Veteran With 710 chats, 216 Group Support and 475 Listener Room chats! Needless to say, Project is here to support Members and Listeners in every aspect of 7 Cups!

@YesYesYes , This listener has 4,469 chats under their belt, and has just celebrated their one year birthday with 7 Cups on June 18th!! The are multilingual, speaking three different languages and have helped over 200 people!
@Solaire , This listener has been around since August 16th of 2014!! They have almost 5500 chats that they have accomplished and over 100 amazing reviews! And to top it all off, they have a complete five-star rating across the board!
@ItsJustMekitty , This wonderful specimen can be seen hanging out in the Listener chats, as well as a part of the LGBTQ+ Support Team! They are a peer supporter, group moderator, verified listener, and adult/teen listener!! She has helped almost 500 users in about 1400 chats! She is also fluent in American Sign Language! She is an amazing asset to the listener team and that needs to recognized!

Oliver12 is a Veteran teen and adult Listener and involved in many programs including helping teen Listeners 'transition' into Adults! VERY difficult job, at times! Oliver haas 536 chats, 119 group chats and 754 Listener Support chats which shows they are VERY diverse to accomodate anyone who needs help at 7 Cups! 
There are so many amazing people around, I am scared to miss one. So let me just tell you all how much I love and appreciate you <3 You are all great and I am really not good in showing but I hope you all feel how much I love you all. I learned a lot of things from you and I consider all of you as my family <3 It just feels great to be part of this wonderful community with wonderful heroes around <3 *kisses*

My unsung hero is definitely @DeborahUK
I mention her a half a billion times but she doesn't nearly get the credit that she deserves. I don't think she even realizes how amazing she is and how great her dedication is to the 7cups community. Along with having amazing ratings, she is one of the sweetest and kindest listeners I know. In spite of any personal problems, she continues to amaze me with her attitude of positivity and she never really complains! (I know you're going to think otherwise but seriously...you're absolutely amazing!).
If anyone else reads this, can we please give Deb a little extra support right now? I know she'd absolutely adore it and it would make her day! She needs it right now and she deserves it!
