This is a challenge for all of you, old and new, to post a few things that you like about yourself!! For example, I like my eyes and my hair. I also think I am very funny and helpful! YOUR TURN 
I like the fact that I am creative and talented! I sing, dance, do funky makeup, I can act and am into fashion and costuming!
I am a good person!
I like my ability to stand up for myself and stand up for the things I do, even if people think I'm aggressive.
I like my caring nature, and how I always make an effort to see the best in people.
I love how people feel comfortable when they are around me. I am trying to always be bright and positive.

I'm proud of myself for not giving up when I lost everything, I'm proud that in those darkest days when each day was full of pain , I was able to come out of that darkness, I'm still not threw it yet , but I can see a slight light of hope. Lots of self care, affirmations, cbt, has helped and seven cups .
