- Have stillness, quiet the heart and the soul. Keeping yourself in a bubble and Keeping your energy within. Through out each day taking your time and relaxing in every moment. Positive energy. Blocking out any unnecessary energy that's trying to come your way. Keeping the silence within. Building your strength, mind, and soul to a higher level. Don't react. Your mind is very powerful. You have the ability to do what the mind wants and you have the ability to flip it around. You are in control.
- Start and End each day with God! Having God on your side nothing can go wrong. Each step you take on your path God already knows about. He knows what your going to say before you say it. He knows where your going before you even leave that door. He knew you before you were even born. Praise him in the morning & at night. Thank him! ❤

Afternoon Writing! 🦃
-Be Thankful for what you do have, not what you don't. There's so many people that go without every day. They are still grateful! It's not about what you don't have in life it's what you do, and what you make out of each day. CHECK it off: Did you eat today? ✅ Do you have a roof over your head?✅ Do you have water?✅ It's the little things to be grateful for! God woke you up today be thankful.
-I am thankful for God in my life. Iam Thankful for the family and friends I have in my life. Iam Thankful for my husband and kids. Iam Thankful for the air in my lungs and the life God provided for me each and everyday! What are you Thankful for? Wishing everyone a Wonderful & Blessed Thanksgiving tomorrow! 🦃
