I am doing okay. The day was tiring. I had a terrible headache. I am trying to stay positive.

Staying true to oneself is extremely important for one's mental health and wellbeing. If you try to become someone else or change your personality to match someone else's, you won't feel happy from the inside. You will literally lose yourself and won't feel connected to yourself at all. It will definitely affect your mental health in the long run.

I'm doing pretty well! I'm really enjoying the online classes that I'm taking this school year, and I'm staying pretty positive!

I believe it is so important to stay true to yourself because embracing your faults and your successes will boost your self-esteem and motivate you to do what's right for your mind and for your body! 😊
I'm actually doing pretty good, thank you so much! So much excited for playing games, long good warm shower with music, and then maybe reading and/or praying...

It is actually extremely important, because being true to yourself is crucial - if we lie to ourselves, we don't know what happens to us and we are stressed so much.

How important do you think staying true to yourself is for your mental health and wellbeing? -- It's extremely important. If you condition yourself to whatever someone else wants from you, you will lose yourself. To realize what you really want and how you really feel is very important in the world of mental health.

It's a vital thing, but it is not enough to just staying true to ourselves. We also need to accept and love ourselves, be at ease for who we are. Not everyone will accept the true us, and if we don't love our true selves, these toxic people would affect us and our belief regarding our true selves. If these false assumption consumes us, it can negatively affect our mental health and wellbeing.
After a long break, it's wonderful to be back! So much has changed.
I'm doing pretty well, it's nice to see this community thriving!
To me, being true to myself is really important to my mental health and wellbeing because I'm living my best life and am as authentic as I can be. This brings me so much joy, as I don't have to hide who I am and has helped me a lot with my own personal goals towards self love.
I hope everyone else is doing well and feels great!
