I just watched the video on gratitude today. I've heard it before that gratitude is good but it's hard to build the habit and feel awkward at first to have a gratitude list. For the post, I think when we are true to ourselves and people accept us as we are. It makes us really happy inside.

I have felt many emotions today: upset, shocked, sad, horror, uncomfortable, attracted, calm, happy, tired, loved, cared for. I'm going through some tough stuff but am really lucky to have wonderful people that care about me, both IRL and on 7 cups. 7 cups is such a blessing.


- How important do you think staying true to yourself is for your mental health and wellbeing?

I think it's really important for me in the long term. When I am living according to MY values, I am much happier and fulfilled. When I am listening to MY needs, I can make sure that my needs are met and I am not ignoring them.

How are you today? -(Honestly I'm struggling. I'm tired of being tired. My sleep is poor. I'm struggling to clean house recently. I could stay in bed for hours, days, or weeks. My bed is my safe place. There are days I can't get myself to shower. I know how important good hygiene is. And I do Clean myself. I just don't ever have the energy to do it). I'm fine.


How important do you think it is to be true to yourself from mental health and well-being? -Honestly helps you yes. Being true to yourself is so important because things are just more simple. You're honest with yourself and it takes courage, confidence, and bravery.

- How are you doing today? I'm ok, struggling with quite a bit. Beginning of day was bad but got better.
- How important do you think staying true to yourself is for your mental health and wellbeing? Very very important. Staying true to myself, reminds me of "trusting my gut" and being in touch with my emotions, feelings, and what's healthy and what's not, for me.

I'm doing alright! I asked work if I could stay at home to recuperate from this virus I'm still beating. They said yes, so I feel grateful to have such a wonderful team and positive that I'll be able to work with them for the next month :)

I know staying true to myself/yourself is a massive key to being mentally healthy, because I feel like I am finally coming out of this shell I've been in. While I don't necessarily have the time right now to explore and embrace who I really am, that time is coming very soon, and it will be amaZIng!!! :)

I'm doing amazing !! I am a bit stressed again my exams are coming up and i have been procrastinating but so far so good I loved my day

I think its really important to be true to yourself cause then you would have to be worrying and sad cause you aren't you and you won't be ever happy with what you are , so being yourself is really important
