Holidays are a time to rewind and rejuvenate ourselves for most of us, especially with our loved ones. So, for Day 2 of the series, @lemonicecreamcake and I have some icebreakers for you to answer!

What is one unique way your hometown celebrates the holidays?
my family actually spends the day by the pool on Christmas 😀 we have lunch, wait for it to settle, and then jump in the pool. Christmas is usually celebrated near the water (beach, pools, ect..) with quite a lot of families

Tbh 😮 I dislike hearing Christmas carols and music until Christmas. Christmas is the only time I’ll ever tolerate it. And the coral would have to be jingle bells

What holiday do you enjoy the most with all positivity and excitement? (Can be any holiday) Autumnal equinox :), I'm always incredibly excited to know the season's changing and the world's getting quieter
What one word best describes the holidays for you? Cold ; I'd say so in all senses of the word, whether it's Christmas or other holidays it often feels the same. Christmas especially as it's physically cold and it's always a kind of bitter reminder how distant I am to some people :( but I really enjoy it

1. What holiday do you enjoy the most with all positivity and excitement? (Can be any holiday) The Summer Solstice is my favorite. I don’t have any negative feelings associated with it as I enjoy it just for me as the longest day of the year and the beginning of the warmest and sunniest days of the year.

I don’t know as this is the first year I’ve lived here.

…little multi-color lights in a big clear vase I have. The vase has etching on it so it makes the lights sort of twinkle. I don’t put up a tree but the vase with the lights in it is my sort of tree.

1) I enjoy Halloween the most! Even though I don’t celebrate it, seeing all of the costumes definitely brings positivity and excitement into autumn! 🍂
2) There is this annual community-wide Halloween party to just about everyone in my county attends, and I heard that it is a lot of fun! 🎉

1) Halloween is my favorite! You can dress up and be anyone. Then you pass out candy total total stranger with no obligation for gift giving!
