Happy 2nd my friend! 
My little gift to you today, which has always been my theme song in regards to you all along and so today, I finally get to share it with you! Fatboy Slim "Praise You". Not many lines in it, but I'm sure you will read between them all. (I hear) You have been the constant, the fair and consistent leader here. The one I always gravitated towards... as well as others you have selected to be on your team now. I love change in a positive direction!
I think sometimes it's hard to give the boss positive affirmations lest someone think, who are you to tell me I'm fantastic? And it could come off looking as something different, less than truly heart felt. But today is my day when I can do it! The way I have always seen it as the scene in the movie Pretty Woman. Richard Gere (sp?) says something along the lines of "we're going to need a lot of *** kissing today" and so the employees proceed to "kiss up to him". I love it how he says "not me, her! " That's how I operate. I try to do what you would expect of me to do. I think you'd rather me dig deep and take care of our members and listeners with deep love and respect and so,maybe it comes back as you noticing that people have respect for you and how you want things to be done around here!
Cream rises to the top, thanks for being the cream! 
I think that is how true leadership operates, inspiring the hearts and minds of others!
