@GlenM
love myself
I have learned to try your best
@GlenM I am WORTHY of love! I never thought I'd even get to this point, even though it seems so small. Today I reached Step 100 in my Growth Path, and I am SO proud of myself. I could never tell myself that before, and now, I can. I am learning to love myself slowly but surely and steadily. I am accepting the love I actually deserve, not what I think I deserve. I'm SO glad I have such a wonderful support system here on 7cups, AND offline also (:

I signed up for a spirituality class! I'm excited I'm gaining hobbies!
Completed step 100
I am still learning and growing. I have started to accept myself more and set harsher boundaries when it comes to giving away my energy.
I learned you have to feel the pain without numbing it. Feeling pain is a way of growing and healing!
@intellectualLunch7195 this is an awesome lesson and an amazing step towards growth
@intellectualLunch7195 I love this, and very relatable to my life at the moment!
I completed step 36 today. I have to get better so I can make my friend, Elly, happy.
It
@alex22alexandra what about your own happiness? What do you want to make you happy?
@yellowPark4816
It might sounds weird but she makes me happy. I didnt include this in my post but im in love with my friend so everything about her makes me happy.
For me happiness comes from little things I enjoy, like hobbies (drawing, learning a new language, listening music). I got so attached to my hobbies that they dont give me anymore the happiness Im craving for.
@alex22alexandra - Hey! I just saw you mentioned 'learning a new language.' Do you have any suggestions for someone who is just starting out, but wants a good program so that I don't feel like I am wasting my time (or money) ?! There are some I have heard of - programs to add to your computer or apps for phone, or I think there are free programs online. Do you have any certain ones you would recommend? Or similarly, ones you would NOT recommend? I'd appreciate your help if/when you have time to give it :) Thank you! Platy
I completed step 5 for chronic pain... a newbie but I'm doing it.
@MadHol123
Great
@GlenM that noni doesn't work and the adhd path has been less than enlightening. Hopefully things improve.
